Liyuan Guesthouse

Located at the main square is convenient but can be noisy because there are regular shows. Breakfast was decent and had a few options to choose from. Customer Service was extremely basic, staff did not speak English and did very little to try and understand non-Chinese speakers.

The people that work at the Inn are friendly and helpful. We had fried rice and sweet and sour pork for dinner and it was good! The breakfast is ok! Nothing special; could be better. The room is decent. We stayed for one night though. The bed is comfortable, but quite small! The bathroom was clean and roomy! The Inn is located in the center of the scenic area so that is a huge plus.

The tavern is located exactly in front of the quadrangle. They have a rustic and traditional chinese interiors which is nice and brings you to old operatic designs. Since it’s located in the center, It is very convenient. it is situated near all convenient spots - restaurants, the dancing fountain, spas, Simatai great wall. It is also easy to transport because you are given free shuttle service if you checked in one of the hotels inside watertown. Just present your registration ticket. What I love most about this homestay is our room has the great wall view, it is so beautiful and the balcony is overlooking the water. At night, the ambience and lights are so pretty and for couples could be so romantic, we brought our own wine, music, and chill beneath the stars. They also provide breakfast that is included in your stay. A chinese buffet which I think is worth it given you have a lot to choose from. We are not picky eaters. One of the staff can speak english which is a relief on our part. They are also very accommodating. Overall, I loved our stay very much.

酒店的地理位置是古北水鎮最中心的位置，去哪裡都很方便，但是酒店內的衞生確實是我住的所有這個價位酒店裡麪比較差的，因為是親自遊，小朋友一進房間就看到床上的小螞蟻之類的小蟲子，很害怕，設施也很老舊，記得好像櫃門都關不上，我沒記錯的話連梳子都沒有，住宿體驗瞬間感覺很不好，服務員的態度很好，樂於助人這個點確實很好，烏鎮也去過，也是住在景區內價格也差不多，但是設施很全，貴不可怕，可怕的是覺得貴的不值當，我不知道別的房間怎樣，但是我住的房間確實是這樣，一進很中肯了。拍照的慾望都沒有。

梨園無房，攜程在入住當天主動聯繫升級到枕水客棧，與梨園隔河相望，圖1就是從枕水看到的梨園。 攜程客服溝通很順暢，1萬個點贊，處理問題很及時。 對比起來，古北大堂前台就很差，一箇中年婦女幫辦的入住，全程黑臉+不解決問題，以後入住找年輕小哥哥小姐姐。 元宵節當天入住，有抽獎，有民俗表演，2月底去的冰已經開始化了。

房間面積大，衞生情況一般，設施老舊，價格合適，地理位置好，就在廣場上，出門就能看錶演。標間是在餐廳隔壁，很嘈雜。

房間乾淨，服務熱情，設施齊全，在景區裏，晚上看夜景很方便。

位置很好，看演出方便，特別是陽光大床房，可以在陽台看無人機表演，點的早餐也不錯。家庭出行，訂了一個家庭房和一個大床房，老少都滿意。
