It’s ridiculous that I paid 40% more in trip.com oversea version then the hotel cleanness level is very bad. They even don’t provide the travel converter…. It’s not foreigner friendly aat all!!!
And I lost my earrings the hotel doesn’t want to take responsibility….super bad experience with trip.com and this hotel.

So travelled with my family to Beijing and we picked atour s. I will say that the location was ok. The price was affordable and fair for the size of the room and the interior. Very comfortable mattress so slept nicely. If you like exercising while traveling… the gym is perfect for it. Nothing to say about it. A very nice surprise. The breakfast was my only disappoin**ent. I do prefer to have an English breakfast but the options are only Chinese dishes so you need to stick to it. Overall nice hotel.

It’s not worth it for that price guys. This is a two star hotel at best imo. Terrible experience with this hotel. No one there speaks English. It was so noisy in the hallway and outside it was so hard to fall asleep.

I enjoyed my stay at Atour S Hotel. The rooms were clean and well insulated. When I walked in the hallway, I heard a child making noises; however, I couldn't hear anything from my room. I couldn't hear the street noises with the window shut. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Since I only used cash instead of WeChat pay, and I didn't have the exact amount of cash for breakfast, they kindly offered my a breakfast free of charge. They also used an app in their phone to book a taxi ride for me and carried my heavy luggage to the taxi. Breakfast was excellent with many delicious and healthy options. Overall, a 5-star!
