I had a really good stay at the hotel this time. Staff has been very helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks for executive lounge manager Ulrica Cong and staff Daisy Wu’s kind arrangement.
Will definitely come back and stay with you again in the nearest future.

The hotel is super nice and clean. The swimming pool and gym is in perfect condition. The shopping next door has all kinds of restaurants which is a nice place for a bite. Dandan Guo who helped me with the check in was super helpful and friendly. The hospitality at this place made my stay in Beijing a pleasant experience.

Definitely not worth the money. The reception looked impressive but the rooms were worn and shabby. No hand towels, threadbare carpet, no socket next to the bed, stained bed linen, loose sockets, the blind over the bathroom window was see-through, the lampshade was broken, and there were hairs in the bathroom. On the plus side, the shower was good (although too low for taller people), the bed was comfortable and there was always a lift available.

毛巾已經很久了，都開毛了。最主要的是，隔音不好，仔細一聽是酒店的做房大姐，説話聲音特別大，並且，9點多就給我敲醒了，非常執着，説打掃衞生，當天是我的離店日期，也要打掃嗎？

衞生令人堪憂，電話上面殘留物，沙發不忍心坐了。上午9點多到店告知沒有打掃好房間，可以理解，出去辦完事回來大概10點半左右，告知要12點後才能入住，如果現在入住需加收半天房費，鬱悶了。酒店的中午自助餐奉勸別吃了，有點懷疑這是不是5⭐酒店的餐食。窗頭櫃的抽屜關上後可以自動打開，有點嚇人。還好衹住一晚。整體感覺不應該是5⭐酒店該有的服務和設施標準。唯一的優點，就是服務響應比較快。
