The hotel was spot on for the visit, we needed quick and easy access to the Olympic site and it was right on the doorstep, just a 10 minute walk or so to the Water Cube.

All is good except for service at this intercontinental hotel. For the level of hotel there is barely and bell service and check in took a long time, the front desk staff doesn't seen to have a clue with the people in line, just takes whoever runs up to them first.

支持家裡人追夢，訂了鳥巢的演唱會，開啟2天1晚的週末特種兵之旅。考慮到散場時會有6萬多人，地鐵肯定擠的不行，而且奧體中心封站得去更遠的奧林匹克公園站，家人體力堪憂呀，於是想找家離的近些的酒店，找了沒多久，北辰洲際就脱穎而出了。首先是地理位置絕佳，到最近的8號線奧林匹克公園站E口步行衹需5-6分鐘，到鳥巢也要不了10分鐘，在房間裏就能看到鳥巢水立方，散場了還能坐在房間裏看老師們調試燈光。酒店北面毗鄰北辰中心和北辰薈商場，超市餐飲齊全。其次是酒店的服務水平高，服務意識強，應該是近期住的幾家五星級酒店中最好的，無論是出行前的關心電話，還是提前幫忙辦理入住避開高峯，又或是行政酒廊、早餐廳的禮貌接待，還有退房後的滿意度回訪，看得出酒店是花了心思的。我們這次原本定的是鳥巢景觀尊享房，因為提前辦理入住的關係（不到1點），房間還沒準備好，前台的宋經理直接給升級了套房，而不是讓我們乾等。預訂的時候我們買了套餐，包含早餐、下午茶和晚間歡樂時光雞尾酒會，下午茶體驗了，還挺豐盛的，雞尾酒會因為趕着去現場就沒體驗，説是有雞尾酒和西式冷餐可用。酒店的早餐很豐盛，還有不少北京特色，像是炒肝兒啥的。綜合下來，這個套餐很實惠，推薦。總之這次北辰洲際體驗非常棒，下次來鳥巢還會選擇洲際。
