Had another great stay at this resort. Great service and a fun experience. Hot springs are clean and a beautiful way to have a relaxing stay away from the city.

I had the best stay at this resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner sometimes you get anxiety communicating with front desk personnel’s but the two ladies at the front desk made it so easy and comfortable for me. She even came to my room to ask for my WeChat for Better communication of my needs during my stay. I will definitely be back.
The environment is calm, the room is clean and it’s a perfect staycation or baecation. 10/10 would recommend.

Expecting a nice hotel I was deceived by the welcome of a hotel (that is requiring repairs inside the room). On arrival the experience wasn't at the level and even if it was proposed that the Manager was to contact me, he did but after I remind to do so. In the future this hotel does not deserve to be, but my last choice. A pity because it could be a middle choice ( but never first).
It's a personal experience, so if you are to go there I don't want you to be influenced, wish you well.

Lovely quaint hot spring resort on the outskirts of Beijing. Highly recommend the garden view villa (peaceful outside hot spring and comfortable heating inside the ‘villa’). Only a 10 minute taxi away from Shine Hills, a great location for dinner options. Breakfast buffet a wide variety of Chinese foods.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. This resort is delightful. There are many options for suites and ours was amazing and the hotel even decorated for us and provided a reasonably priced room upgrade for the occasion. However, there were small issues that we faced. As foreigners, the hotel wasn’t always equipped to speak with us and clearly had higher COVID checks for us, even though we haven’t left China in over three years. This trea**ent did not feel fair but we understand the security measures. We also dealt with an overly hot room. That was the main complaint we had. The setting stayed at 31 degrees Celsius all night despite our efforts and the waiters assistance. It was miserable. Our private hot spring also had a small issue with the water that was later solved. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with some minor issues (except the heat- that was miserable). I would stay again if I could ensure the room temperature could be changed.

We started our holiday at Chun hui yuan and we decided to end it there too! Thea from the resort looked after us and went above and beyond to make sure that we as guests are happy. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was great. There was a good variety of food and it would exceed expectations for both Chinese and foreign visitors.

The bath in the hotel room was amazing. Large tub and filled up quickly , definitely worth it if your are looking to relax in a hot bath .

The hotel is overally good. But our room was very dark almost no natural light. During weekends very crowded. Hot spring is clean but the relaxing rooms don’t have beds for kids to have a rest. Breakfast has good choices.
