Overall it was a great and unique stay!
The hotel was nestled inside a Hutong so to take a taxi would require a short walk (2-3mins) to the main street.
It is located right next to Jingshan Park so we managed to visit it on the very first day despite the tight schedule.
The receptionist was very good and helpful. Breakfast was great and served hot individually to your table.
The room was clean and spacious.
I stayed in this hotel during my birthday and they prepared a small cake and a handwritten card.

Charming hotel with very good breakfast. Staff were helpful. Our room was very noisy so we left early and hotel refunded us without our asking. Well worth a visit but ask for a quiet room!

Excellent location for exploring old Beijing.
Good food and large breakfast
Rooms are clean, nice and warm in winter.

Service at reception was okay. But the breakfast was very poor quality and misleading. It was very expensive and the goods were not freshly baked as described the portions small.
Additionally there were no people around to serve. I had to go to the kitchen to find someone.

This hotel is really beautiful. Worker are nice and helpful. Room is nice with a very good bed . Location are good 2 minutes walking far from jingshan garden and 20~30 min far from the entry of the forbidden city by walking.

Nice boutique hotel near the Forbidden City. Very nice rooms and really good food at the restaurant. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
