Sanxiong Fairy Tale Holiday Villa

Easily the most beautiful room I’ve been in and absolutely perfect for me as a solo traveller. I felt safe and the service was absolutely incredible! Zhou Quan manages 80 rooms and he has room types to suit every type of traveller! I viewed some of the other rooms and loved them too, am definitely staying here again when I come back to Gubei Watertown. It’s easy to walk to the entrance and has food and convenience stores nearby. So why did I mention that the service is incredible? I got lost trying to get to Gubei Watertown, and he managed to find me a trusted driver to bring me over for only 100¥. Zhou Quan received me and brought me to the room, sending links and giving information on where and how to go. He also told me about the train option which is more comfortable and only 12¥ to Beijing, which I planned to try. Fast forward to the next day - I mistook (my mandarin comprehension isn’t very good) that the bus to the train station starts from 8:40am onwards. I didn’t know that it was the only bus to the train station and that it leaves at 8:40am! In the end, Zhou Quan tried to find me a driver but it was too early and no one was able to drive me… so he took me there in his comfy BMW, and charged 60¥! So kind and the option he introduced me to was definitely one of my favourite travel experiences this trip! The train to Beijing was clean, comfortable and fast! Much better than the bus I took to Gubei Watertown! Thank you Zhou Quan and team for making my short visit so memorable!

距離景區檢票口很近，步行三四分鐘就到，住宿環境挺不錯，乾淨衞生，有微波爐和電磁爐，比較方便。老闆人很好，為了避免我們三間房隔開，免費幫我們升級了房間，住的很舒服。再去古北水鎮還會選三衹熊

住店很方便，就在景區入口。方便玩累了回來葛優躺。 感謝管家一早就把暖氣打開了，我們元宵節去的，一點不覺得冷，之前看評論説冷還挺忐忑的，事實上還行，可能要早點訂房早點請管家開暖氣吧。 溝通也很順暢，愉快的行程，下次還定他們家。

乾淨衞生服務好，窗台外景色也很好。原本預訂的特價大床，到了以後又付費升級了高層，果然沒有讓我失望。

預訂的房間，中間出了點小插曲，店家立刻主動升級了房型。床品乾淨，床墊和枕頭舒適度不錯。 距離景區入口位置近，出小區門口拐彎就到，方便。

房間特別乾淨，酒店服務很貼心，周邊環境很好，適合跟對象一起出來遊玩。

房間有洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐，晾衣架，加濕器等等，雖然都基本用不到。電視是小米的，但是網絡不行，基本沒怎麼連上，對網絡需求高不太建議。離古北水鎮大門比較近，步行五分鐘，離店快捷，把房間鑰匙放前台即可。建議連住給打掃下房間，起碼再給拿套洗漱用具，倒下垃圾。

客服：積極熱情很細心；從景區温度到遊玩攻略，事無鉅細告訴的很詳細；帶進房間掃身份證，還提前打開空調房間暖和； 距離:古北水鎮景區遊客車輛統一停放25一次不限時放心停隨便停，步行到民宿大約5-8分鐘。我們是把車停在了古北水鎮P1停車場。 房間：比想象中的大很多，還有陽台；硬件設施很好網絡快，裝修也很有品味的那種；洗漱用品檔次真心很好，愛了愛了；提供早餐收費20一份，中式早餐（一個饅頭一個雞蛋一碗小米粥一份三合一小涼菜）饅頭就着涼菜，吃飽沒問題；下次還會再來選擇這家

公寓離景區很近，步行100多米，晚上看夜景非常方便。房間樓下是小區的主幹道，夜晚上路過一説話時聽的很清楚。房間的淋浴蓮蓬頭方向高低不能調節，用起來不方便。
