Services are the best. Location is great, walkable 5-10 mins to Wangfujing and near subway. Good is around. 30 mins walkable to The Palace Museum. Surrounded by many good restaurants. Will come back again for sure and highly recommend!

Overall, my stay there was good. Both the check-in and check-out went smoothly.
The breakfast is delicious.
The location of the hotel is good, but the streets around it are narrow (since it is located in a hutong), so if you’re carrying heavy luggage and choose to go there by subway, I recommend that you get out at Jinyu Hutong station (line 8), this way you’ll be able to walk on the Wangfujing St., which is a large pedestrian street.
The staff were not bad, but I think they could/should be more proactive. For example, they could tell the guests when and where the breakfast is served.
As far as I saw, the hotel has only one elevator, so going for breakfast may take some time.

Location is good, walking distance to wang fu jing. Service staff is also good. Room is rather high tech but abit small. Good for just staying the night

What an amazing experience staying at Crystal Orange! The staff was wonderfully kind and attentive, special thanks to the outstanding service of Shi XiSheng, then went far beyond their duty to make this experience so unique. The hotel is so comfortable, and spotless clean, the best hotel to stay in Beijing!

The hotel was new and the bed was very comfortable too...the towel ,bed sheet and floor it's very clean. Just the room it's little bit small. The breakfast was good enough for me. The location it's very convenient, no problem for food, convenient store and subway.

Nice hotel, good location, central to most locations, breakfast is decent but fairly small and some mornings there is no seats and you'll need to wait for a table.
Room sometimes has cigarette smell but it's no smoking rooms
Rooms are small but expected as it's in Beijing and it's quite central

Superb location but away from the busy street. Located in a quiet area where you won’t hear busy street noise and car horning sound even with windows open. We love the smart toilet where it keep the toilet cover warm, particularly in this cold weather when temperatures can drop to minus degree. Laundry room with free detergent, sewing kit, xiaomi steam iron and dryer! Perfect for us when we need to travel multiple cities in China!
Well, it doesn’t come with no down side. Room is small, justified by the price and location. There is only one elevator, longer waiting time during peak hours. A small gym. But I think none of these are big issue when you pretty much outdoor visiting scenic spots all day!

Staff at front desk young, inexperienced and hopeless. Very poor English. Room not ready at promised time. The included breakfast was only a few pieces of fresh fruit given to us to compensate having to get the staff to get fix toilet and shower.
After checking in and leaving our bags with the staff as our room was not ready we were told we had not checked in and there was no booking for us at this hotel despite again showing them my passport and Trip voucher.
Overpriced. Not the experienced I expected.
