We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studios, and our overall experience was positive. The hotel is in a semi-secluded area but has plenty of local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The subway is 1km away, and it goes directly to Universal Studios or the city center. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle bus to Universal (8:30 AM depart from the hotel and 8:30 PM depart from the park), which is super convenient. The rooms are clean and kept clean daily, and although not huge, they provide a decent short stay. The only issue we found was a mini-vending machine with condoms and a vibrator (?) in the room, which was awkward since there were a lot of families with kids in the hotel, so I don't see the purpose of it. All in all, great value for money and a decent place for a short stay.

There is free bus to universal studio and the room was so convincing. Highly recommending to the people who are planning to visit universal studio. The nearest subway station is tongzhou beiyuang

I have to admit this hotel was the coziest and cleanest hotel I have ever been. The staff was friendly and helpful. The two girls were so sweet, they tried to help us and give us advice. The room was neat, they clean it daily. The hotel is near Universal Studio in Beijing and they offer us a bus to go there for free. Also, they do your laundry for free. In addition, if you want to buy the harry potter costumes at Universal, they were extremely expensive, in that case, the hotel sells harry potter's clothes cheaply.

Awful customer service, just shoved a form in front of us on arrival. No hello or welcome.
Rarely at the front desk to be able to help with questions or queries.
Faulty shower in the 'sofa room'. Hotel were
asked by us to check it and they never did~it was either so hot it burnt you or so cold it was intolerable.
After reporting this poor service to trip.com they still denied there was a problem with the shower.
Don't stay here if you want a comfortable bed, the mattresses were like wooden planks.
Good location for Universal and the hotel provides a shuttle but this is leaving at 7.20 and returning at around 20.00, no flexibility.
Far from the metro.
