入住發現並沒有評價的那麼差，服務很好，房間設計很合理。尤其客房的judy，很親和，賓至如歸的體驗。

酒店位置非常好，出門走幾步就是地鐵，在王府井中心地段，走路能到故宮，旁邊也是商場，附近有美食街。
環境也特別好，是奢侈品牌酒店，漂亮沒話説，雖然舊，但是看得出來用心維護，傢俱，設施等都還是很新。衞生，基本沒有瑕疵。服務一級棒，熱情周到，特別是工作人員朱迪和王瑞，點贊👍

整體衞生一般，水痕都像遺留下來很久沒及時擦掉，前台服務也是如同機械，接待的方式似乎是愛住不住的姿態，連續定了3間房，若不是為了出行溝通方便，真想另外兩間房換酒店了，最後一間定後歡迎水果沒給準備。北京常來，但不會再選擇這家酒店了。

The room was immaculate and service impeccable - exactly the right balance of professionalism and kindness. I was also served the best martini ever. My only criticism is, surprisingly, the standard of food served in the bar. We expected high prices, but these should be matched by the quality of the meal. In our case, they were most certainly not.
