Beijing Somerset Daxing Hotel

The first thing that impresses me about the hotel is the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Hotel room amenities are wonderful, full kitchen and laundry all included. Even the washing powder is provided. We are offered free breakfast as I made a mistake of not picking the with-breakfast option. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is large and clean. Food spread is satisfying. The hotel may be rather far from the city but it is very easy to get to city centre by Didi (taxi). It cost about RMB 60 and 30 minutes per trip. It’s also easy to travel by subway+didi and much cheaper RMB 18 and the trip is about 45 minutes from Raffles Shopping Centre.

It’s the 12th time booking into this hotel and I keep coming back because the location is convenient for me and front desk staff is good .I also love the amenities.The major problem I have however is cleanliness.Cleanliness is very poor .I realized that the cleaners don’t bother cleaning well during your stay .Yesterday I left for a meeting and came back to a dirty room.The dishes were not done ,the bathroom was not cleaned ,things were just the way I left them except for the bed .The pot and plates I found in the cupboard were not well washed from the last time the last guest used them .It’s like they just rinse with water and put into the cupboards for the next guest .The woman responsible for cleaning the 9th floor need to improve because this is not the first time .

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff.truly made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

設施：酒店很新，設施很齊全，商務中心，泳池，還有影音室，忙完一天去放鬆真的很贊，泳池免費使用，很乾凈。 衞生：整體看着都很乾凈整潔，一進大堂就是明亮整潔的，房間衞生也很乾凈。 環境：酒店周邊環境安靜，晚上也很安靜，吃飯酒店有自助早餐和午餐，早餐我們定的房間是有包含，午餐自費，價格適中，性價比高。 服務：每次到大興辦事，都會跟同事選擇這裏，住過很多次，服務很好，前台服務員總是很熱情服務好，早餐的時候去到餐廳，餐廳的小姐姐小哥哥都是很熱情迎接。退房不用排隊，我們都是給了房卡就走，前台會提前幫我們把發票準備好。給我們剩下排隊開票時間，大堂的紅棗茶挺好。晚上外賣點了機器人直接送房間。房間網速很快。電動窗簾，這點很好。入住當天還送了水果，還為我們房間升級。總的來説，性價比高，價格實惠，

我對前台的專業度和服務非常憤怒，本人在酒店入住退房前一天晚上21:00多被酒店電話騷擾補按金，在此期間我們每天都會去前台續房卡，白天孩子和阿姨也都在前台玩，沒有人聯繫續按金，房間也經常有人，白天也沒人電話。你們是瘋了嗎？深夜專挑嬰兒睡覺去騷擾。第二天趕早班機孩子鬧騰一晚上，聯繫銷售讓轉告CEO此惡劣行為，被銷售告知她代表前台向我道歉，我想説你算老幾？你做業務的，不懂前台流程，你能完善服務體制嗎？給你們機會讓客户原諒，不重視，整些官方回覆敷衍客户，此態度屬實讓人失望。 另外！辦理退房沒有賬單，沒有打招呼直接扣預售權，誰給你們的權利？沒有客户的簽字你們怎麼敢去扣費？前台的經理應該直接辭退，沒有任何專業度可言，我入住酒店十幾年第一次遇到這麼差勁的團隊！大家謹慎入住吧。

本次入住酒店非常滿意，設施齊全，衞生非常乾淨，而且細緻入微，服務真的特別的優秀，很貼心到位，給前台小姐姐點一個大大的贊，周邊環境也很美！一次非常高興的入住體驗！床品非常的乾淨整潔，強烈推薦一下！

房間設施真的很齊全。而且還有游泳池。感覺體驗很不錯。水深1.2米左右，水也很清澈。而且房間面積很大。前台還免費做了升級。當天入住的時候前台的小哥哥還親切的幫忙提了行李。服務真的超級贊。而且離地鐵站也很近。真的是一次非常棒的入住體驗，下次還會再來。
