I wish to express my profound disappoin**ent with the accommodation at Vila rica My recent stay at Vilarica was marred by several concerning issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a distressing scene: mosquitoes were flying freely in the room, and to my dismay, there was no drinking water provided. This lack of basic amenities, especially after enduring long hours of travel, was deeply unsettling. Furthermore, the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. There was only one staff member present at the reception, who unfortunately did not speak English. This language barrier made communication difficult, and I was not properly guided to my room. As a result, I found myself wandering aimlessly holding my bags in my hand, trying to locate my accommodations. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standard of service I expected. It is unacceptable to subject guests to such conditions, particularly after a long journey.

Ambiente com muita natureza (nunca mudem isso), o espaço do lago tem um clima encantador e relaxante.
Café da manhã farto e delicioso.
Atendimento é ótimo.
Quarto confortável e limpinho.
Opções de água quente e fria no banheiro.
Piscina grande.
A arquitetura colonial e a natureza em abundância criam uma experiência especial, virou meu queridinho para Belém.

Atendimento muito bom, acomodação excelente, o ponto negativo ficou pela presença de uma barata no quarto, ponto positivo para o atendimento, anteciparam meu acesso ao café da manhã em meia hora para poder usufruir do mesmo e dar tempo de chegar ao aeroporto.

Tudo funcionando e ótimo atendimento.Com um diferencial....lago de pesca,no qual fiz captura de traíras e vi tilápias grandes.Café da manhã top.Piscina bem cuidada.Restaurante bom a um preço justo.Gostei!

O hotel e bem localizado, perto de um shopping na cidade. Mas eu não tive uma boa experiência no período que estive. O chuveiro não estava bom, e molhava o chão todo, a pia estava pingando, o ar-condicionado quente, na recepção um pessoal muito sério.

Hotel bom, antigo e tradicional, bom atendimento, pernoitamos por uma noite. Apesar dea reserva ter sido casal tivemos que pedir lençol e toalhas, pois só tinha um. A água quente do chuveiro também não estava funcionando. O senhor que cuida do restaurante muito solícito e gentil, deixou que fizesse o desjejum mesmo ainda antes do horário, pois nosso voo era cedo.
