My recent experience left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite booking an apartment for a holiday, the plans were abruptly cancelled due to building closures. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, it was the company's response—or lack thereof—that truly disappointed me. Upon contacting their customer service team, I was assured that two alternative apartments suitable for disabled members of our party would be provided free of charge. This assurance was even confirmed in our online chat. However, when the day of check-in arrived, I was shocked to discover that there was no record of our booking. The dismissive response from the customer service team, stating that the booking was cancelled on their end, was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful of the assurances previously provided. This oversight caused significant inconvenience, additional stress, and financial burden as we scrambled to find last-minute accommodation, which unfortunately still required extensive travel for our disabled guests. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed by Dream apartments unacceptable, especially considering the specific needs of our party. Overall my experience with dream apartments was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on the lack of care and accountability demonstrated in this situation.
