I come several weeks and each time worst. Heater is not working in some rooms, wifi is a joke, 0.20mb/s, lights make noise, not well cleaning.. The hotel is really old and is notice in the rooms Really degradation every week is incredible 2 stars maximun

Hôtel décevant. Absence d’ampoules sur les lampes, moquette à la propreté douteuse. Flacon de gel douche mis à disposition vide. Parking très cher, 9€ la nuit et pas du tout fonctionnel surtout pour les voitures types break. Je déconseille !

Au coeur de Belfort, dans une rue transversale, nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de cet hôtel, la chambre climatisé, le parking sous l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner, refusant systématiquement, les petits déjeuners d'un montant supérieur à 12 €. Nous ne souhaitons, en effet, pas payer pour les anglo-saxons et peuples nordiques qui ingurgitent des petits déjeuners pantagruéliques au détriment des personnes consommant le petit déjeuner français classique (boisson chaude, pain, viennoiserie et jus de fruits) mais au même prix !

Wir waren schon mehrere Male hier und wurden immer sehr sehr freundlich von den Rezeptionsdamen empfangen. Das Superior-Zimmer ist über 20m2 gross, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht: Klimaanlage, Tresor, Wasser, Kaffeekocher, Shampoo, zusätzliche Kopfkissen. separate Toilette und auch gratis WiFi. Das beste jedoch ist die gesicherte Tiefgarage und das reichhaltige kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet. (Es gibt immer noch keine laktosefreie Milch). Klar, könnte man auch mal wieder etwas renovieren: Teppich raus, Laminat rein, kleine Schimmelflecken im Bad weg. Alle Lampen auf Funktion kontrollieren. Wichitg, wie im Tital geschrieben, hier schläft man gut.

Le radiateur électrique ne fonctionnait pas et la température de la chambre n’était pas suffisante.
Manque un petit sourire de la part de la réceptionniste.
Le parking souterrain est très étroit et relativement chère pour la nuit.La chambre était spacieuse, je la recommande néanmoins.

Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 4****, il en vaut 3*** tout au plus. D’ailleurs le tarif correct de la chambre est plus en adéquation avec un 2 ou 3***. Pour le positif, l’hôtel est calme et bien situé, la literie confortable et le personnel de la réception aimable. Mais mis à part cela, beaucoup de choses à revoir : moquette (vieille) de la chambre tâchée de toute part, beaucoup d’égratignures sur la peinture de la porte de la toute petite salle d’eau, distributeur de savon dans la douche vide… Au petit déjeuner, les viennoiseries ont beau venir d’une boulangerie locale, elles ne sont pas de qualité. Le café filtre est servi tiède dans un pot ouvert (pas dans une cafetière) et n’a pas un bout goût. L’express demandé ensuite n’était pas meilleur. Peut-être faudrait-il changer de fournisseur de café… Assez décevant dans l'ensemble.

Chambre simple et à revoir la moquette. Lit correcte. Petit déjeuner dans l'ensemble il y a du choix .a revoir aussi l'éclairage de la salle des repas .personnel agréable à l'accueil et à l'écoute des attentes des clients.

La chambre très confortable, très propre et surtout calme (alors qu’elle se situait juste à côté de l’ascenseur).
Une première demande, (lors de mon tout premier séjour chez eux) est enregistrée et appliquée à chaque réservation (pour dire à quel point ils sont attentifs aux besoins du client.
