I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided during my recent stay at Easy Inn Hotel & Apartment. On [2/14/2042], my wife, two friends, and I checked in at approximately 10:00 PM. While initially, our experience seemed satisfactory, it quickly deteriorated due to unprofessional conduct from your staff. The following morning, my companions and I decided to extend our stay by an additional night. We informed the front desk attendant of our intention before heading out for breakfast. We were assured that this arrangement was acceptable. However, upon returning to our room approximately three hours later, we discovered that our luggage had been tampered with, and both the air conditioning remote control and TV remote were missing. Disturbed by this discovery, I promptly approached the front desk to address the issue. The attendant informed me that the manager had personally entered our room, rummaged through our belongings, and confiscated the remotes. To my astonishment, I was informed that if I wished to retrieve these items, I would be required to pay an additional fee. Seeking a resolution, I requested to speak with the manager directly. However, I was met with dismissive behavior and was essentially told that if I disagreed with their policies, I was free to check out. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. I feel embarrassed, harassed, and mistreated as a customer. the staff at Easy Inn Hotel & Apartment do not uphold the standards of professionalism and respect expected from a reputable establishment. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration for guest privacy and the disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Additionally, I feel compelled to inform others of my negative experience to prevent them from enduring similar treatment.
