Unfortunately the room and the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room had a very strong humid smell, caused by the vapors generated by the nuclear plant located very near by. We had no previous knowledge of how close the hotel was to that plant

Very good hotel, located in the front of the canal latéral. Rooms are beautiful, modern and spacious. Breakfast fast and restaurant good with beautiful outdoor space to eat. I recommend this hotel if you are in Cosnes sur Loire area. Staff friendly.

From the very friendly welcome to this lovely hotel until we left , we had a very good stay indeed. The room which was spotless had a little balcony, and was very well appointed. The evening meal , under an awning on a very warm night was delicious. For non French speakers, the menu was on a tablet showing each dish clearly. The waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, using local produce and delicious home made bread. We like visiting this part of France and now we have sampled this really delightful hotel , we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you

cet hôtel est très calme, clientèle partagée entre professionnels et particuliers personnel en petit nombre mais efficace, service impeccable petit déjeuner standard mais pain et viennoiseries exceptionnels

Arrivés vers 14h45, nous avons du patienter jusqu'à 16h alors qu'il est indiqué sur internet et dans les mails reçus que l'accueil se fait à partir de 14h. La femme de ménage nous a expliqué que c'était à cause d'un manque de personnel...
Autant changer l'heure sur le net dans ce cas.
Ensuite, au niveau du logement, poussière et toiles d'araignées présentes un peu partout. Vaisselle très limitée : 4 verres pour un logement pour 6. Une petite poêle seulement etc...
L'eau trouble dans les verres avec des sous-marins dedans donc vaisselle avant de pouvoir s'en servir. Eau de la douche brûlante même lorsque l'on baisse le thermostat à fond. Donc dangereux. Bref... ça va pour une nuit. L'hôtel semble avoir passé son heure de gloire depuis un moment.

Hôtel réservé via le site des Logis de France classifié « hôtel élégance » et « restaurant gourmand » mais une déception au final. En effet si la chambre est correcte je ne la qualifierais pas d’élégante. Le petit balcon de la chambre ainsi que tous les espaces extérieurs auraient besoin d’un bon entretien. Quant au restaurant il est très loin d’être gourmand. Cuisine quelconque, sans saveur et certainement pas préparée maison. Ça rappelle les repas à la cantine du lycée. En résumé, hôtel étape où l’on n’a pas envie de s’attarder.

Comme dans le film " La valise" Jean-Pierre Marielle n'aurait pas manqué de nous sortir son fameux " ouille ouille ouille" en découvrant ce que ce chouette hôtel est devenu. De nos 2 passages ( 2016 et 2017 ) nous garderons un excellent souvenir ( bel endroit, bonne cuisine ). Le bel endroit extérieur comme intérieur manque d'entretien, la cuisine devenue tout bonnement catastrophique. Le plat servi à mon épouse était infâme recouvert d'une sauce douteuse. Les grimaces des tablées présentes au dîner étaient éloquentes. Les paroles d'enfants installés derrière nous en disaient long: " Ah non ! moi je ne mange pas ça !". Des cris et des bruits émanaient de la cuisine où une discussion animée portait sur la cuisson des aliments. Le chef jeta son tablier et disparut de la circulation laissant seuls ses collègues et la serveuse Marilyne se débrouiller avec le service. A ces nouveaux tenanciers nous disons si vous voulez redresser la barre il y a un énorme boulot à faire et en premier le recrutement d'un cuisinier et d'une femme d'ouvrage.

Prestations de confort de bon niveau et excellents produits locaux aux repas. La propreté de la chambre comme des communs est irréprochable. L'ensemble du personnel fait preuve de gentillesse au service du client.
