A great hotel very conveniently located for me to break a journey from Italy to the UK. But the best thing about it is the staff who could not be more friendly.

I was in the region for business and chose this city for proximity to my customer. This was my first stay in this city and chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews.... First, the rooms are recently renovated and look like the photos. All of the floors are covered with a laminate flooring so noise from anywhere in the hotel travels unabated- it is much louder than a typical hotel. Noise travels from the front desk, breakfast area, all downstairs common areas, up the staircase (no elevator) under the door and into the room of anyone staying on the the first floor. Our credit card used to hold the room was charged in full prior to check in (which was not supposed to happen) which prevented us from presenting our own cards for payment. The staff was unavailable at 7:00am for checkout (did not arrive until 7:30). The rate, however, was good. You get what you pay for. This may be a great option for some, but I will look for another option on my next visit.

Très bon petit hôtel à taille humaine, bien situé, avec un parking vaste et gratuit. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables et bien décorée. Sdb bien équipée. Seul défaut : insonorisation insuffisante entre la chambre et le couloir. Petit déjeuner pas testé.

Accueil fantastique malgré un problème de réservation avec le site ********** à notre arrivée…on avait réservé pour 3 adultes mais à la réception on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible que l’hôtel n’avait pas de chambre pour 3 adultes donc le séjour nous est revenu le double de ce que l’on pensait

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, chambre spacieuse et propre, idéal pour une étape ! Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, merci pour tous les bons conseils donnés par la réceptionniste très gentille ! Seul petit bémol attention à ne pas réserver la soirée étape sur le site de l’hôtel il n’y a pas de dîner à l’hôtel 😉

Très belle adresse , accueil sympathique et chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner excellent, bien placé par rapport au stade de rugby D’oyonnax , je recommande pour la proximité avec le stade à 500 m à pied
