Non funziona wifi. non trovo mai nessuno in reception. Ottima ben fornita la colazione.......... 20 minuti circa per avere acqua calda in doccia ,............................ ...................................................

Für einen kurzzeitigen Städtetrip sicherlich ausreichend. Die Betten sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Frühstück 2-Sterne würdig. Die Lage hingegen ist absolut top und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Bekamen sehr schönes Zimmer im 6. OG nach hinten . Grosses Zimmer, schönes Bad, kleiner Balkon. Ausblick in die Berge, auf eine der 3 Burgen, über die Dächer der Stadt. Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Bahnhofsnähe ist ideal. Nur 5 Min. zu Fuß. Wir hörten hinten keine Züge trotz offenem Fenster. Frühstück ist ganz unten im Haus. Raum hat keine Fenster, ist aber sehr hell und schön eingerichtet. Schönes Frühstücks-Buffett wird immer frisch nachgefüllt. Personal alles sehr reundlich. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant bekommt man 10% Rabatt. Nach der kostenlosen Touristenkarte (freie Fahrt im Tessin und viele Vergünstigungen) muss man fragen, man bekommt sie nicht gleich im Hotel ausgehändigt! Die Möbel sind schon älter. Bett ist sehr gut. Bei dem hohen Zimmerpreis hatten wir allerdings nicht mit verschlissenen Handtüchern teils mit Loch gerechnet.
