I would like to say thank you to the host and his wife at Serengeti Unit Belville, you really made us feel welcome and we had a great vacation. The unit is situated in a quiet and safe environment, the shopping mall is near Ok as well as petrol garage just down the street. I can say I will book there again with my next visit to Cape Town. We recommend Serengeti self catering to other people it is a very good place for holiday. Love the place will came back nice area of Cape Town a nice area , very nice surbub next to a mall, quiet area and secure also

It was a wonderful experience. They managed to assist my group exceptionally well and accommodate some of the group members who were stranded quickly. thumbs up to Heidi, Natasha, Marie and Charmaine. I will always refer other organisations to you without hesitation.

Good value for money, trouble with television, was sorted within minutes even in very heavy rain. The lady in charge immediately contacted someone who came out late on a Friday afternoon and send his guy up the roof to fix . Towels that was torn was replaced immediately. The apartment was clean and smell fresh on our arrival. thank you

Thank you for the very pleasant stay. Excellent security and good service. Josef was very helpful on some tourist attractions and we got to see most of them. Will use this excuse to visit again soon!!

Apartment is not children friendly. It should be rented out as bachelor flat. 1. Limited kitchen utilities 2. Limited cleaning utilities 3. Roaches in the kitchen 4. No air Conditioning Please ideal for work contractors.

Good stay. I wouldnt mind to pay extra to have uncapped internet at the apartment. Very peacefull and secured environnement with no disturbance. One will definetely recommend it to any traveller visiting Cape Town

It was our second time that we made use of Serengeti and we just love it it's literally our home away from home the kids just love the blue clean swimming pool and my wife the laundry facilities keep it up!!

A pleasant stay. Clean and a great advantage was the Laundry facilities. Safe, lockup and Go… Very helpful Staff and Thank you to Joseph and Charmaine :-) Kids enjoyed the Pool. Definitely will return.
