Super close to water taxi. Safe and secure. Very calming and nice restaurant attached. We would definitely stay there again

I stayed at GM Suites and had a lovely room. It was clean and spacious and the family was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room at a time convenient to me. The kitchenette had exactly what I needed - a coffeemaker, coffee, sugar, dishes and towels. A microwave and refrigerator were also in the room. It was a lovely stay.

We made a booking with them through *******. We arrived at the hotel and no one was there so we called them. They said that they were having issues with their water supply and couldn't accommodate us. They told us that they had attempted to reach out to us to let us know, but I received no form of communication with them regarding this. Now, they are not responding to us or ******* to issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting. They have stolen money from us and are ignoring every attempt to reach out to us.
