The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags.
Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apar**ent without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building and sometimes people walk in the apar**ent balcony. I was alone, so it wasn't a big issue for me, but it would have being completely inappropriate if I had my wife and daughter with me.

This property was the best place I have stayed in Belize . It has everything you need on a day to day basis . Private parking, fenced in, washer & Dryer.
Felt like you are at home ! Nice and cozy and super clean! This will always be choice if available!

We spent only one night and my entire family didn’t want to leave. Exceptional apar**ent, very clean and spacious. Really perfect for family trip. My husband was able to watch the game while the kids watch tv in the living room. We were all very happy. Thank you!

The Ansen Place is very conveniently located in the heart of Belize. It's a very comfortable, clean and spacious facility. Their staff is helpful, pleasant and professional. I very much recommend The Ansen Place to those traveling either for business or pleasure. It's certainly the first place I'll look for any future trips to Belize.

Our stay was short but the apar**ent was perfect. Spacious, clean and with all of the appliances you would ever need as it has a full kitchen. The host was wonderful and accomodating and the restaurant suggestions great as it is hard to find a good place to eat on your own. Thanks!

Very clean, spacious, lots of amenities, we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. , nicely decorated and furnished, highly recommend
