Gostei muito do atendimento. O estacionamento é pago a parte mas a preços de diária acessível. Apenas o sistema de cartão de acesso ao elevador que com alguma frequência apresenta problemas. Bem localizado.

Minha estadia foi excelente, porém precisam melhorar quanto a quantidade de atendentes para check-in, check-out e 'restaurante'. Tava frio e não tinha cobertor no quarto.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....
