Super 8 by Wyndham Beloit KS

My daughter was having her baby so my husband and I booked a room when we got there it was too early and we would have to wait til 3pm we were there at 11pm the hospital wouldn't let us stay because of covid so we had no choice but pay full price for the whole day for the 3 hrs stay til our reservations kicked in spite of our circumstances there was no room in their policy for compassion .to me that's important be treated as if my situation mattered my daughter had to have an emergency C section and my husband and I are on a fixed income so we had to leave her and the baby there and had no choice but go home 3 hours away it saddened me to leave my daughter but we couldn't offered to stay another night

This is a very nice Super 8. The rooms were really comfortable, clean and spacious. The surrounding area is quiet. The staff was the best part. Check in was a breeze and the staff went above and beyond to assist us in any way we needed, including offering to make us breakfast, even though we overslept and missed regular breakfast hours. Lovely place, especially for a budget hotel/motel. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

The front desk was not friendly or accommodating after we spent over 3,000 to stay there while working in town for 2weeks. I left a day early and found another hotel because of the unacommodating service

I was very satisfied with my stay, checking in was very simple and the man up front was nice. The outside of the hotel was very appealing, the inside was as well. My hotel room was very clean and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer, and plenty of towels. Every time I came back to the hotel after work all my towels would be replaced as well as my bed being made. Was very satisfied with my stay!

I’ve been on the road for business for almost a year and have stayed in countless hotels, none have treated me as rudely as this one has. One MANAGER while I was getting help with my room just was laughing in my face while I was confused asking questions. Oh and don’t ask any other manager for assistance they’re “busy” or “don’t know”. Even after all that I asked for a manager to help get my money from a vending machine just for her to basically telling me to go screw myself and nothing she can do. I’m a diamond member at most hotels branches and never once have I made a review, your staff sucks.

Rooms have been updated since I stayed there 3 years ago. very nice. Aside from the fire alarm going off, it was a great stay. Breakfast was nice and simple, they offered a hot option of biscuits and gravy which was a nice addition since I hadn't planned for a hot option.

it was clean and the food was very good

This Super 8 was very clean and the bed super comfortable with lots of pillows. I love the new tub/surrounds that Wyndham is using. I like that the sink is out in the room, separate from the toilet and shower, making it easier when there is more than one person in a room.

The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, staff very friendly and.helpful, room was very clean, modern with several places to charge your devices, excellent Internet service, shower had cool water and low pressure.
