The room is very clean. There is a balcony where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view.

Il y’a de tout dans l’appartement agréable
Supermarché ouvert jusqu’à 2 h à côté de la porte

Muy cerca de la playa , la habitación muy buena , tiene todo lo que necesitas , la única pega es la fianza de 200 euros que tienes que dejar y que no tiene smart tv ni puedes instalarlo porque el wifi no te lo permite . Por lo demás todo genial

Apartments are clean however deposit is £200! Way too high and unacceptable! Had to use holiday money I intended to spend whilst on holiday. Please review your deposit amount it is not ok to charge people this much when they have already paid a lot to get there!!

Not been here a full day, arrived at 2.30pm its after 4pm and i still have not checked in my room. I am only now seeing the reviews about check in. It is 5pm for those that dont want to pay extra with a different view. ( I am here during school holidays I have already paid enough). My 14 year old asked the receptionist (male) if we still have a balcony, he said yes, then went on some rant about us only having rubbish view as we dont want to pay more money. That,right there is my first impression, i have not even got my room yet. Please note its a 200 deposit for the room, that is refundable. Even if i enjoy the rest of my stay. I already do not have a good vibe about the hotel, this one receptionist who likes to pull faces and mocks you and your children when you ask if your room is ready obviously does not like his job. If you want a late check in this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid like the plague

Rooms very clean and spacious. Pool area needs looking at. General tidy required to clear left over plastic grass just left in a corner of the pool area. Pallet with left over tiles and other rubbish. Planted pots need sorting and just not required. Not sure why the plastic grass is there to be honest would be better removed and replaced with tiles.

Our first time staying here,, it was fabulous,, 5 min walk to beach and restaurant's,, apartment very spacious and spotless clean,, washing machine and dishwasher an added bonus if needed, we did use the washing machine twice,, the staff are also very helpful, pool bar very good for snacks and drinks, we will definitely be back next however for 2 weeks instead of 10 nights 😎😎

My 5-stars go to the staff at the hotel who searched - and found , my son’s mobile phone after a uni holiday at the hotel with friends . The honest cleaners found the phone and the reception staff have helped us constantly to try and reunite the property back to the UK. This is a rarity nowadays and we are so thankful. ⭐️

No issues with apartment. However €200 was taken straight from my account on arrival on 6th November. I checked out on 10th leaving place spotless and taking out my rubbish and still have not received my money back. I now have to go through an online refunds process to get it back although it should have happened automatically. Not impressed and would not return for this reason. They owe me €200 euros with no sign as yet of getting it back.
