Des chambres trop petites pour 2 adultes avec2 enfants, salle de bain minuscule ma chambre vue imprenable sur les poubelles!! Instalations top pour les enfants dommage que les piscines soient si sales et troubles!!! Très bruyant car espaces très petits pour autant de monde animation moyenne Côté resto horaires pas très bien adaptés repas de 13,30 à 15,30 et dîner de 18’30 à 21,30 pour la nourriture rien à dire buffet très bon et le personnel adorable.. Pas des bouteilles d’eau à disposition il faut remplir des verres pas très pratique pour monter à la chambre…le personnel du bar et réception sont aussi très gentils ríen a dire Impossible de prolonger de quelques heures la sortie notre vol était à 20,hr et on doit laisser la chambre à 11 hrs Bref je ne retournerai pas

What an absolute fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is very very clean, the food they had for all inclusive was fantastic especially the amount of choices we had. The pools are 10 / 10 my girls never wanted to go anywhere outside the hotel because they enjoyed the pools that much especially the one with all the slides. The staff are very friendly and willing to help and the evening entertainment was really good also. The only downside to my trip was only booking 7 days we could of honestly stayed for 2 weeks we enjoyed our stay that much. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday reallt enjoyable. Will definitely return in the future.

Buenas a tod@s. La verdad que mi experiencia después de ver todos los comentarios negativos que había no ha sido tan mala. Lo que si pienso que por los servicios que ofrecen es un hotel muy caro y eso que lo cogí con 8 meses de antelación. Se que las cosas están caras pero... Por suerte este verano he podido hacer otras dos escapada y comparando me parece muy pero que muy caro el hotel. Os detallo las distintas partes del hotel. Localización: Es muy buena, esta muy cerca de la playa, tienes tiendas, chiringuito, paseo marítimo... Un poco de todo, en ese aspecto esta muy bien y si te gusta la playa y dar un paseo por la noche es muy recomendable. Habitación: El hotel es pequeño y las habitaciones también, la zona de la cama es normal, pero el baño mas pequeño no puede ser, el espacio entre el lavabo y la bañera no es ni el ancho de la puerta del baño asique es bastante incomodo. Y si sueles usar el bidel espero que seas pequeño y delgado si no te va a ser imposible. Lo que si es de agradecer es que hay enchufes por todos lados, cosa que no es habitual. Comida: El buffet caliente es muy pequeño, la verdad es que es el más pequeño con diferencia de los hoteles que he estado (se mantenía con sólo dos cocineros) pero tengo que decir que aunque haya poca variedad siempre había 2/3 platos que estaban bastante bien. Pero tienen que mirar lo de la plancha. Una única plancha para hacer 2/3 tipos de comida y dependiendo del cociner@, hacia primero una clase y después otra con lo que, las colas eran.... Snack: Lo que mas me defraudo/indigno y no por la variedad si no por lo siguiente. En el hotel tienes la opción de coger o no el Todo Incluido, con lo cual para la gente que no tiene el Todo Incluido el snack si lo quieres tienes que pagarlo, entonces hay un cocinero en una especie de caseta que te prepara hamburguesas, perritos, sándwich, patatas fritas, palitos de pescados rebozados y Nuggets. Hasta aquí todo correcto y me parece normal, pero lo que no se puede "permitir" es que vayas a pedir algo y tengas a 6/7 personas delante y tarden 1 hora en atenderte, uno de los cocineros hacia los encargos 1x1 con la pedazo de plancha que tiene, hay dos freidoras, una para patatas y la otra para los Nuggets y palitos y hasta que no había un encargo de eso no encendía la freidora, con lo que eso supone (esperar a que se caliente el aceite para freír y mientras tanto sin atender a nadie mas) ¿¿ordenes del hotel, para no gastar?? igual con el chiringuito de la piscina, mucha lentitud. sin embargo en el otro bar super rápido (y los camareros eran los mismos). Personal: muy amable y atentos. Limpieza: Zona de piscina y zonas comunes bastante limpias. Tema de habitaciones pues un poco de todo, yo fui con un bebe y los polvos de la leche del biberón que se caían en la mesa tardaron 3 días en limpiarlo por lo demás bien. Toboganes: Esta zona es perfecta, es pequeña con toboganes normales pero se lo pasan bien todos los miembros de la familia, en otros sitios lo

Comfy beds. Reasonable food. Great for kids. Great venue. Entertainment on an evening could be better. Maybe ok for kids but really boring for us adults. Let's have dome acrobats, magic shows, tribute acts etc. Themed nights in the restaurant are a good idea but let us know what and when so we can plan ahead like anywhere else I have ever stayed at. E.g. Mexican food does absolutely nothing for us and we would have taken lunch there instead and eaten out for evening meal if we had known. Speaker system for the pool entertainment was muffled and unclear. Gave up trying to listen to it. Otherwise an enjoyable experience. Thanks

Brilliant family hotel. Would highly recommend staff are friendly and very helpful. Accommodates for all ages. Baby pool and splash park for the little ones deeper pool for the better swimmers and the splash park with slides for the bigger kids. Lots going on through the day with water activities for the kids. The snack bar is open from 12-7 which is ideal serves a variety of food for every one. The bar serves a wide range of drinks, Ice cream and Ice pops all day long. The rooms are a little small but it is workable. The location is fab. It’s a a 1 minute walk to the beach and local shops. Lots of water sports going on at the beach. The marina is a lovely place to visit which is a 10 minute walk offering lots of picturesque views. I would definitely give this a 4.5 star rating The only thing that could be improved is the rooms to be a little bigger with a bit more storage. Staff work so hard day in day out and have so much patience with us British

Hotel was nice enough but the smoking and vaping around the hotel around kids was disgusting. There should be a smoking area. Mosquitos are terrible. Food was ok, lack of choice after a couple of days. Slides were fun.

El hotel está súper bien para ir con los niñ@s. El personal todos muy simpáticos y muy serviciales. Las habitaciones y la limpieza todo perfecto. Pero le pega y grande que le pongo, porque nunca hubiera imaginado, que un hotel de 4 estrellas y no barato, tuviera un buffet tan malo. La comida era muy poco variada y además muchas cosas repetidas…

To start the manager was so rude, abrupt, unhelpful and a discrace i wasn't the only guest to say this it was known if you had any problems they would not be resolved with him, especially if you were english. The food was boring no taste more 2/3 star max not worth the money paid some bar staff were more friendly than others. my room had cracks in the bathroom and all down the wall it was small, not enough wardrobe space for a double room at all. I definitely wouldn't ever go back to this resort you can get a lot more for your money else where the children enjoyed the slides but only for about 10 minutes. the activities throughout the day were non exsistent.

Right good points the slides for kids and family are amazing. Beds are comfortable. Bar staff amazing and friendly so are the restaurant staff. Entertainment staff are great for the kids and adults. Cleaners fab and clean everyday even if you put a sign on sleeping. When u come our and they there they will ask you if u want towels or toilet rolls. Unfortunately that's all I can say about the good points. Here are the bad points. Just don't push yourself down from metal bar to get more force as metal bar broke and a person cracked their head open and ended up in hospital. Health and safety not good there. Food isn't the best but always chips and pork and some chicken. Fussy eaters might struggle. Snack bar well the person is so grumpy and miserable, only went once didn't like his attitude. As for rooms well what can I say bathroom door doesn't close and is falling apart. As for sleep DONT EXSPECT ANY walls are paper thin and might aswell not be there, and the door 2 your room is that paper thin u can here everything in corridor and next door and 3 floors above. WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN AND STAYED IN A LOT OF GLOBALES HOTELS.
