Naprawdę wyrzuć klimatyzację lub prąd w pokoju, okno się nie zamyka?

Nie podoba mi się ten pokój. Przenieśli mnie do 4 pokoi. dopóki nie zostaniemy w jednym.

Se ve que ha sido un hotel de 4 estrellas pero al estar cerrado por causa del covid y luego reabrir no está a la altura de esa categoría. Muchos desperfectos y muy mala organización. Falta animación y bar de noche.

Hotel pas loin

Before I say anything further the staff in this hotel were excellent,no complaints about the staff at all, however, the hotel is badly in need of a full refurbishment, it's very dated, our room was dull and dreary thank goodness it was only an overnight stay, the bed in the bedroom had what looked like stuffing coming out from under (what looked like a very old bed) the sofa bed in the living area was also very old and uncomfortable, the mattress didn't look too great either, bedding was clean tho, on using the toilet the seat kept falling off despite staff trying to fix it, the breakfast was OK, the pool area not too bad but a lot of the sun loungers definitely need replacing

Usually use riu hotels as food very good and so are the drinks last year the Rui gran in maspslomas was brilliant food drink everything, This year we picked hotel vistamar however was completely the opposite food was the same every day apart from the odd change and not very tasty all pork fish chicken , went for breakfast twice and so poor didn’t go again , beer was hit and miss red wine undrinkable and not all drinks branded like no Pernod at this hotel unlike last year I’m no snob or connoisseur but very poor, 4 people in our party and 3 of us had severe stomach ache diarrhoea and vomiting and so did other people whilst we where there, when mentioned to reception he said he was poorly 2 week previous when mentioned to the rep he just wasn’t interested then when saw us again he would disappear , we ended up on last 2 days getting taxis and going out for meals I saved all year round to have a lovely family holiday and only managed to have 1 full day all together, I’m certain the hotel knows there are issues but not sorting which has resulted in our holiday being a massive let down and this is just so wrong, just before I go majority of staff are lovely and hotel has lovely views and rooms but would certainly avoid.
