This hotel is in a good central location with lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. There is some construction next door right now BUT I didn't hear anything at all (I was on the 9th floor). My room was very warm and quiet, even though it faced the street. The breakfast room is nice, and food changed a bit each day.

地理位置蠻好的，銀泰地庫出口旁，吃喝玩樂便利。定的房間寬敞明亮，衞生整潔。入住期間碰到樓上裝修有噪音，沒有提前告知，聯繫前台換了安靜點的房間，還有其他小問題不算嚴重，不過前台業務水平有待提高。換房間幫忙搬行李的阿姐服務蠻好。早餐在三樓，咖啡在一樓服務枱旁，衹有美式，糖和奶精可以自己添加。酒店提供小童牙刷，沒有小童拖鞋，給了成人拖鞋。總體來説還是可以接受的，有機會還是會選擇入住這裏的。

This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.
