The staff are good and friendly. The pool is good in the summer with music etc. Good vibe. The hotel WiFi goes missing at times and the Aircon could be a lot better. The food is good, ever had a bad meal. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC.

We stayed here for one night during a tour of Morocco. Staff friendly enough but spoke very little English. Room was outdated and rundown, although to my relief clean. The towels were thread bare and gray. Located a little outside town, so if you don’t have a car the hotel restaurant is your only option. Simple fare, quite ok. Wifi free and working well. There is a bar that serves alcohol. There is a also a pool but we did not use it. Would not stay again.

Passable overnight stop on a long drive day. Luke warm shower, dated rooms but safe, comfortable beds and quiet location where you can park your car right at front. Breakfast surprisingly pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend La Villa for dinner, 3 mins drive west.

I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. ******* and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail.
This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the room was old and looks not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not buffet and poor for the price.

Exactly what I wanted. Nice property with a great pool area. Helpful staff and a good location
