Hotel Rambla Benidorm

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

Utter excrement .. a Spanish old peoples home with no facilities…… 0 out of ten, I fly home at my own expense tomorrow instead of next week….. really, if you’re under 79 don’t book this hotel…. Miles away from anywhere no food available, even though I paid for half board…… spoke to like a piece a cac …. AVOID AT ALL COSTS …

The bedding not clean stained pillows, and smells of damp we were left with 2 hand towels to shower with only the shower was a drip and the tap on the basin was loose ,the meals were horrible avoid we were glad to go home

Stayed for 4 nights. Arrived 2am and it was like walking into a prison. Pitch black and grey dull decor everywhere. The pool area is grim with ancient sunbeds and furniture. Breakfast was possibly the worst breakfast ever! The room was clean but very unwelcoming. One very helpful lady on reception but that was it. Loved Benidorm itself nut would never stay at Rambla again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE it’s a filthy kip. Staff are rude we were locked out of our room 4 times and the last time we had to pay €45 to get back in because we got tan on 2 towels. The pool was filthy unusable. Bathroom was also filthy

Check in process was laughably abusive. Line forms at desk. Clerk tells us to sit and wait around corner. Predictably, at every juncture he cannot remember who was next. Arguments ensue. Other people are waited on out of order. Does it really take 15 minutes to check in parties with prepaid reservations. Also ive never stayed in a room that has only a small window looking into a dusty 4"x4" shaft. Im curious as to what the 20 hotels that are allegedly worse than this one are like.

A group of 6 of us stayed at the Hotel Rambla in Benidorm for 4 nights. It was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely unhelp and couldn’t speak a word of English. The room was extremely basic (which we expected for the price we paid) but the bath had gone rusty, the ceiling was mouldy, and the bed was that hard it wasn’t practical to sleep on. The outdoor swimming pool was closed when we arrived as it was under maintenance - but it was green. It reopened on our final day so we managed a swim in it before we left, however the water wasn’t very clean and it had a horrible smell to it. The worst part of this hotel is that the air con doesn’t work!!!!! And anyone who has visited Spain in the summer knows that air con is a necessity during those hot nights. When we asked the hotel staff why there was no air con they simply said “out of service” - there was no apology or explanation. Would never stay here again.

He pasado 4 días con mi pareja. El hotel está muy bien ubicado a un paseito de la playa de poniente, del centro, del balcón del mediterráneo. Las habitaciones normales para un hotel de 3 estrellas, la nuestra daba a la piscina, que no estaba aún abierta porque la estaban limpiando. La cama, amplia y cómoda. El personal muy amable y correcto. Tener a una persona como Juan Carlos Linares (camarero) o Bell (showman) es un lujo. El loro, pues si quieres le haces caso y si no pues nada. Para nada es desagradable, ni mucho menos vuela por encima de tu cabeza. La comida, mejorable supongo, nosotros hemos comido todos los días sin problema. Quizá en el desayuno hemos echado de menos un poco de bollería más variada. En el resto de los servicios no esperes varios tipos de carne ni varios de pescado, pero estaba todo comestible. Por poner un pero.... tardaban demasiado en sacar las bandejas cuando se habían acabado. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, correcto, no hay lujos ni puedes esperar más de lo que es normal en esta categoría. La insonorizacion de las habitaciones no es muy buena, pero si todos tuviéramos sentido común y no nos liaramos a dar voces por tfno a las 3 de la mañana, ni siquiera haría este comentario, que es lo único negativo que puedo reseñar. Y no es achacable al hotel, si no a la poca educación del tipo de la habitación contigua.

Pues la verdad íbamos un poco asustados por las malas reseñas pero todo lo contrario...fuimos en pareja con un niño ...y todo muy bien ubicación perfecto cerca playa y muy centrico buena comida en general para el precio no es muy variado pero esta bueno todo y bien cocinado muy amables y serviciales ..las habitaciones grandes y buenas vistas y un loro muy simpatico en recepcion . Hay espectáculos y billar futbolín etc .para pasar unos días es perfecto .para el precio no se puede pedir más ... volveremos seguro..desde luego es un hotel recomendable por su buen precio y todo bastante bien..
