Medplaya Hotel Flamingo Oasis

Chociaż w Hiszpanii obowiązują nowe przepisy dotyczące systemów klimatyzacji, prawo mówi, że pokoje turystyczne są uważane za prywatne i jako takie urządzenia klimatyzacyjne mogą działać w normalnych temperaturach. Byliśmy na 20 piętrze i upał w pokojach był tak nocą nie do zniesienia, ale najwyraźniej cały hotel musiał trzymać się klimatyzacji, która nie spadała poniżej 27 stopni Celsjusza.

Lovely big room very spacious and clean- pool side and restaurant very busy and could be quite chaotic on times. Enjoyed our stay but would probably pick something a bit quieter next time

Great stay. Fairly central to town and beach. Facilities where good although pool was closed and room looked out onto a noisy building site to the rear. Close to local pupluc transport and plenty of parking.

The hotel was great .. i was all inclusive .. in a double room .. the food was really nice .. good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner .. could be a bit more fruit .. entertainment wasnt as good as last time but it is understandable as not so many guests The staff were brilliant , very helpful and friendly , the entertainment team were excellent ! The room was very spacious , clean and warm , kettle supplied with selection of tea and coffee , uk tv and nice balcony . The price was good for 2 people but i was on my own and did not get a discount .. it would have been brilliant if there was a single person discount

Been to Benidorm a few times but this was the first for my mum, decided to book here and I was slightly apprehensive as she was a wheelchair user but once there my fears was gone! To start off the staff are absolutely amazing! I can’t give enough praise to the the reception staff! Whenever we went out on the mobility scooter they would take the wheelchair behind reception then as soon as I was back they would get it for me even if there was a que! It even got to a point where they knew me by face over the 10 days I didn’t even need to ask they saw me and knew straight away as soon as I walked in the hotel! Special mention to Charlie who was so nice and I had a great convo with him and to Phillip who when I was leaving came up to specially and said I hope you have a nice flight home and over the 10 days we’ve all been amazed at how much care you have given your mum and your a credit to her to which I thought was really nice! The rooms were nice and spacious and we had a nice pool view we got 213, the hotel itself was absolutely spotless at all times! The bar had a great selection of drinks served till midnight for all inclusive customers, special mention to christiphor who was super nice and allowed me to get extra drinks because my mum was unable to go up to the bar with being in a wheelchair. The food is absolutely superb there was something for everyone and 90% of it tasted amazing. Of course there was somethings not to be liked but with the variety they had it was to be expected. I think the only downsides around the food was desserts was named as house specials so you didn’t know what you was getting and I found the breakfast to be a bit subpar especially the sausages but apart from that it was fantastic! Special mention to ishane in the restaurant who was really friendly and notified us that if we spoke to reception they would give us access via the club door which made it much more accessible for us! Honestly all in all I can’t fault this place! From the staff going above and beyond every single day we was there to the hotel itself it was one true holiday to remember! I will be 100% booking again! The tui reps annemarie and cat were fantastic too! Honestly I would not book anywhere else in the future! To everyone at the medplaya team I can’t thank you enough for what you did for me and my mum over the past 10 days you made her holiday so enjoyable your staff are amazing and please show them this review and give them credit I’m sure they will remember us! If you want seaview or centre of attention then this hotel is not for you... But if you appreciate mountain views, good service, family atmosphere and cleanliness then you will love it. I went with my teenage daughter, hard to please! I liked that the hotel was out of the madness and had great views from our side room. Some noise from building work but not at fault of hotel. The staff were efficient other being friendly but got the job done. The food choices were varied at lunch and dinner. You can eat and drink endlessly. The pool is cold but has a great vibe around it. I would recommend this hotel for families and couples, plenty on offer. Excellent place to be 5*

We're at the hotel at the moment for a week family break. In general hotel is very good and everything you expect for a family break away; food is good and good selection of drinks. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants near by and only 10 min walk to promenade. However what has spoilt holiday is we had wallet stolen out of bag from sun lounger yesterday so be very careful! Also, we booked flights and hotel separately rather than package as hotel offered free transfer if booked direct, however as we booked last minute they wouldn't honor transfer offer as had to give 48 hours notice. We had taxi from airport to hotel believing we could book free transfer back at reception providing we give 48 hours notice. Hotel still won't honour free transfer offer and we have no means of paying for taxi back as wallet stolen and have had to cancel cards (one of cards was used yesterday afternoon in supermarket 1/2 mile away from hotel. Reception staff very unhelpful and don't care that we are stuck.

We have had the best week here ! Fabulous hotel to suit all ages . Clean , friendly , fantastic food . Great location , will definitely be saving up again to re visit . Thank you for a fabulous, memorable holiday . Great bars near by also if entertainment didn’t float your boat !

The hotel is fine staff fine, food just plain English. Nothing different. But the people staying. It's a shame as it's a nice hotel, but even the TU rep agreed. Monkeys behave better. Hubby had bad stomach one day, he said the food he had was awful.
