My wife and I had a two night stay with half board. We were very impressed with the quality and variety of food. The bathroom en suite was very modern and clean. If there were any negatives it would be that the bedroom decor was a bit dated but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Entertainment was geared towards the Spanish, but we are in Spain and we enjoyed it. In terms of value and location it would be hard to beat this hotel.

This hotel is catered for the Spanish alone, breakfast was disgusting, 2 days out of 6 there were beans cold ,never tomatoes , cold so called bacon, 1 day scrambled eggs drowned in water, some kind of sausages floating in 3inch of water, little fried eggs cold and thousands of boiled eggs. I was B+B thank god, no members of staff smiled or spoke to me once, 2 girls in the bar were brilliant, 90 % were elderly Spanish couples who never smiled except 1 lovely couple who apologies for the others ignorance, beds have water proof under bed sheets so you sweat all night not nice, I'm 64 this will not put me off Benidorm, stay away from this hotel, up to you.

It's a small 3-star hotel located slightly near the beach. I stayed there for 6 nights, including breakfast, lunch and dinner during the summertime. When I first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me a key with the room number and I believe they should replace the keys with smart/key cards to open the door, because almost all other hotels in Benidorm use them. It makes it a lot easier to open the door and due to the price that we have paid for us to stay in the hotel. The room was fine, but however, they gave us a room using a shower instead of a bath, our room did not provide a refrigerator, the walls seemed to be weak as we could earn people talking from the other side. When we arrived at the restaurant, it looked very small, there was a queue to enter and to collect the food. I had never seen this in a 3-star hotel before. It did not provide a range of food. Some food was alright, but I expected better and it seemed very repetitive. The staff/workers seemed that are required to wear a mask in the hotel. Almost everyone that I have seen had their mask on but wasn't covering their nose. This shows that they aren't taking their job seriously and doesn't show professionalism. I would much rather see them without a mask, because it's useless to wear it during this time. During night times, there was never a festival or something fun to entertain us, they just provided music. Overall, it seemed more like a 2-star hotel, it requires a lot of improvement and for the price is just not worth it, there are better hotels that you can go to. El personal del hotel muy amable. Esta muy bien situado. Nos dieron una habitación interior pero grande y muy cómoda. La comida está bien...no tiene mucho surtido pero por el precio q pagamos está muy bien. En el hotel lo que más había era gente mayor de una excursión.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación y la comida: rica y variada! El hotel está en la plaza de España de Benidorm rodeada de tiendas y la playa de levante muy cerca. La habitación no tiene nevera y el aire acondicionado hace un ruido horrible que dificulta el sueño y apenas enfría! El comedor es demasiado pequeño y hay aglomeraciones y colas para comer. La gente se pone muy nerviosa e impaciente por conseguir mesa y trata de colarse a pesar de la eficacia y paciencia del personal del hotel. No recomiendo este hotel para una estancia larga.
