Appartement pour 2 personnes, propre, bien équipé, Wifi, TV, cuisinette ouverte sur le salon, vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, balcon. Changement des serviettes de bain tous les 3 jours et les draps de lit chaque semaine. Bien situé, proche de la mer 5 minutes à pied. Salle de bain un peu petite.

Apartamento céntrico, limpio y bien cuidado, en mi caso con balcón,toldo,menaje de cocina, sabanas y toallas . Reformado con gusto, sin ruidos, es cómoda su distribución , a mejorar quizás el olor del baño ,pero no pasa nada. Cerca de comercios,bares, playas

Appartement 303 1 chambre 3eme étage donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment avec terrasse très calme Simple mais fonctionnel et très bien équipé coffre au fort micro onde clim réversible équipements cuisine Lits confortables Super emplacement à proximité de tout plage commerce centre ville Réceptionniste très prévenant et sympathique j'ai pu partir a 13h

Appartamenti pulitissimi e silenziosi,attrezzati con tutto quello che serve, stoviglie, phon, ferro da stiro e ovviamente asciugami😁posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di malpas e dal centro. Vari supermercati a pochi minuti. Super raccomandato in tutto, non per ultimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Alberto!

Overall Great. Great location, great rooms, great staff. The Studio was very clean, well equipped and quiet. Communal areas were also clean and very helpful for when you shower if you have a late flight. Would recommend to anyone and will be returning in March.

Estupenda experiencia. Un diez, para la situación del apartamento. Otro diez, para el personal (Recepción, limpieza, etc.). El estudio, perfecto para pasar unos días. La limpieza, los accesorios tanto de cocina, como de baño. En definitiva, todo de diez. Tanto es así, que he reservado para Octubre.

Wow…what a fabulous time we’ve just had staying at the Ribera Apartments in the Old Town, Benidorm ! The owners Raul & Alberto are two of the most pleasant & helpful people you could wish to meet,they allowed us to check in early as it was New Years Eve which made things easier. It was our first time staying at these apartments and we are very impressed, the rooms are spotlessly clean,fully equipped for a long stay,the beds are so comfortable and the rooms were cleaned regularly with fresh towels changed at regular intervals during our stay. We found the Apartments very quiet,even during the New Year Celebrations,we had English Channels on the tv for those quiet nights in, in fact we enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for April and can’t wait to go back to these absolutely first rate Apartments!!

Two adults travelling with our two teenage kids. Loved that we had a separate bedroom to the kids. We had en-suite facilities and the kids even had their own separate bathroom to themselves. Their bedroom had two single beds which they were overjoyed with, their not keen on sharing sofa beds together at their age. It had a lovely kitchen / diner that was fully equipped , had everything we needed. We arrived on a late flight , prior to arrival we were asked to download an app which became our key to the main entrance and our room entrance too, all super easy and efficient. On our last day we had to check out by 10 which did seem a bit early, however we were able to leave our cases, go to the beach and a room was available to have a shower and get ready for our flight home. Location in the old town, minutes from beach, bars restaurants. 20 mins to the ***** . The only negative was the little balcony which had an awful outlook. You wouldn’t expect it for such a well renovated apartment, We really didn’t use it much so didn’t matter to us at all and is not within the owners control anyway. This place is such good value, run by lovely people . I’d highly recommend staying here,will definitely be coming back .

This apartment was great with good facilities. Good location , with plenty of places to eat close by . Apartment a good size , with a good size balcony too Great shower and great views of sea from 7th floor. Alberto was very friendly and helpful.
