Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.

This property is absolutely beautiful, very relaxing but with places to let loose. Food was excellent, bar service was great! We loved it. We would certainly return. I loved the beach, it had some trees and some shade so it felt very naturalized but still had lots of sun. Perfect sand. I just loved everything about it here.

The staff went above and beyond for us! Everyone was helpful, friendly, and worked hard. We loved, loved our Butler, Edith. She was amazing! Our vow renewal coordenator, Miguel was fantastic and made our day extra special. The veiws out of our ocean front swim out were phenomenol! Loved the mexican and hibachi restuarants best. 10 out of 10 for this resort. Highly recommend!

Property is micro managed. Every day it was process just to get coffee pods and sugars refilled in the room.
The best food we had was the Buffett and Satsu, everything else was a waste of food for us! The Staff was great, however all management seemed to be hiding in the back offices instead being on the floor with the Staff or the Guests.
