The hotel has no towels nobody answering the phone terrible customer service everything they say doesn’t happened they promise laundry that was not working for a long time that was the worst nightmare stay I have a head
And the worse that all promise to pick up From the airport from the hotel and drop us off there never happened

衹能説無語 訂好的酒店 上面也沒有寫幾點不到自動取消 人還在過海關也沒有打電話問直接給取消訂單了人還在過海關結果人家打電話核對取消了 過不去 定的所有行程機票 全都浪費了 真的是無語

Bastante básico y nada especial... La única ventaja es la ubicación muy cerca del Aeropuerto.... La peor parte fue cuando el disque encargado de servicios se puso a discutir conmigo (huésped) por no querer regalarme un agua embotellada... Vaya que míseros la vdd, en cualquier parte del mundo te regalan agua para beber sin tanto drama!!!

Hotel is simple. You have to ask for towels at reception. They should offer you towels before you head to your room. They lock them up.

Once we checked in it took 3 attempts back and forth to get into a room. Maintenance people couldn’t even get in the room. Once we got into a new room we had no towels. Had to wait for towels to be delivered.
