同胞們，千萬別上當啊！千萬不要訂這家酒店！
這裏不是7字區，你看到的海，也不是你想象中的加勒比海的樣子。HYATT ZIVA，才可以看到那片果凍色的海。這個帶rivera後綴的，完全就是糟糕！
比糟糕更糟糕，當我踏進酒店大門那一刻，我就知道，上當了。
進到房間，就直接崩潰了。
跟攜程客服求證了，這是真的HYATT，但確實是個黑店！
兩個房間，四個人吃過全包餐，第二天早上，三個拉肚子！
付了三天房費，還是放棄了最後一晚，提前跑了。好在攜程給補了一晚房費。

The bartenders were absolutely fantastic, as were the concierge. The butlers, while renting the cabanas, was hit or miss. One went above and beyond, the other just went, twice! Housekeeping kept the room clean, but never restocked the toiletries, even after asking. The room I was in seemed to be right next to a utility room and the noise could be distracting at times. As a member of the World of Hyatt AND Unlimited Vacation Club, I expected better service than I received.

The food and the staff are excellent!
Only downfall would be the beach area, if you like to go to the beach. Space on the beach is very limited due to the erosion.

I Stayed here for 3 nights and it was beautiful. The breakfast buffet had alot of options and marcos our server was amazing. He went above and beyond and invited us to the mariscos spot habaneros and had us try many of the dishes and drinks. He was great thank you marcos!

Resort was incredible. A big shout out to employees Alberto at the pool, Eduardo at the lobby bar, Erick at the off court ball, and Ramon at the French restaurant these individuals were top tier! The only downside we had was the pool water was cold all week. Other than that, great trip.

I loved the pools and how they were not to crowded. I also love having everything paid in advance not having to worry about spending during the trip. The Hyatt did not skimp on food and drinks. I enjoyed my vacation.

The prior request to put the two reserved rooms together was ignored. When checking they advised to come back the following day to move the rooms but on the second day, the front desk told us that nothing was noted and that I was wrong. Overall the staff looked unhappy and they were not friendly at all. The hot tub in the room was disgusting and it was not a pleasant stay. It definitely did not feel like they were part of Hyatt.
