Hotel molto particolare immerso nella riserva Maya. Stanze comode e sufficientemente spaziose. Colazione molto buona, non varia. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno

What an amazing experience and stay. We only stayed one night and really enjoyed the unique atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, speak great English and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner - great flavours and lovely presentation.

Wow! This is a perfect getaway from the city life. In the middle of the Jungle with luxurious commodities. We stayed in Balam Bubble. 🛁Waking up in the atmosphere of the bubble is truly spectacular. 🥰 The food experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner is perfect. Ximena and Esther gave us excellent service at the restaurant and made some delicious drinks 🍸. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Don’t forget to jump into the cenote and pool. Having lived in the Riviera Maya for 13 years, I must say, this experience went beyond expectations!! 100% recommended.

Very relaxing stay in adults only jungle retreat. Rooms are great fun, good temperature and amazing way to wake up. Food in restaurant was really fresh and stay super helpful. Next door cenotes well worth an hour or two visit. Only stay in you have a car!

Thi place was amazing, so unique since we got there the treatment and service was fenomenal , the environment surrounded of nature was beautiful, the food was delicious too. Everyone there was so helpful with good attitude. Very friendly and caring for the people to visit to have a great experience, I highly recommend this place.

Incredible experience! Good place to connect and rest! I really enjoy to sleep in a bubble, in the middle of jungle! Very clean, very quiet and the staff was excellent with us! I recommend this hotel boutique definitely 💯

Experiencia única, dormir en mitad de la selva, totalmente integrados en el paisaje, pero con el confort de un 5 estrellas. El mejor colchón que he probado. Instalaciones paradisíacas. Zona de piscina, superior. Salón restaurante, muy acogedor. Comida excelente. Todos los profesionales del alojamiento son encantadores y serviciales. Ximena es un encanto en todos los sentidos. Si vas a Puerto Morelos, no dudes en vivir esta experiencia. Ojalá pueda repetir. Lugar único.

Woooow es lo único que puedo decir, si buscas olvidarte de todo, esta es una experiencia increíble, algo que cualquier persona debería hacer, el hotel es maravilloso y la atención no tiene igual. Inicia con Maritza en la recepción quien te da una calidad bienvenida y te un recorrido por todo el hotel, continúan con Ximena en el bar-restaurante, mostrando un verdadero interés genuino en cada una de sus interacciones, de verdad felicitaciones a ella por tan bonita actitud de servicio, que podemos decir de la comida del chef Esteban, además de una presentación de primer nivel, un menú con sabores únicos y deliciosos, (mi favorito el tartar de atún), además Esteban te visita en tu mesa y te da detalles de cada plato, realmente sigo sorprendida con el nivel de servicio por supuesto no podemos dejar de lado a Manuel quien de igual manera nos atendió de forma extraordinaria, siempre atento a cada necesidad. Mis felicitaciones y reconocimiento a cada uno de ellos, definitivamente este hotel es la combinación entre un lugar divino y un servicio de excelencia. Si tienen la oportunidad pasen al menos una noche en este hermoso hotel burbuja.
