You should change beds. It is very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up every hour at night.
Also don’t expect to see the ocean.
Views from windows are sucks.

My recent stay at Moon Palace The Grand during March break was fantastic.
Upon entering the grand lobby I expected welcome drink, as i had seen in some videos. That was missing at my arrival. (Note- It was not crowded when i reached). The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing me to begin my vacation without delay.
Accommodations at Moon Palace The Grand redefine luxury. My room boasted modern decor, plush furnishings, and a private balcony. Good quality toiletries. Equipped with mini fridge, liquor cabinet, coffee maker and snacks. Of course and the complimentary Red wine.
One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary journey offered by the resort's diverse dining options. From gourmet restaurants serving international cuisine to casual eateries offering local delicacies, every meal was a culinary delight. The talented chefs at Moon Palace The Grand truly surpassed expectations, catering to every palate with finesse.
Water sports, Water park, play area, luxurious spa, fitness area, lounges, Grand theater, Ballroom, Starlight terrace, and many other activities to keep you and your family engaged. I admit there was never a dull moment.
The property is huge and golf cart was so helpful in internal commuting. The frequency was very good and the staff was super friendly.
The beach water is not that clean due to seaweed. But can spend some time on sand. Where Grand have private access.
Overall good experience. Highly recommend this place

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Moon Palace. The staff were all wonderful. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping came daily. The food was top notch and had a great variety. The resort is so big and there is something for everyone. We were there for 7 days and we didn't even see the whole resort. The golf carts take you around to where ever you would like to go and it is very convenient. Would recommend this resort to anyone it is lovely.

There was a lot (a lot) of people trying to get you into a “tour” of the property. They said it wasn’t time shares but it’s something like that. The beds were real small. They called them queen but might have been full sized at best. To make a reservation to a restaurant you have to get up at midnight or you will miss out.
But after all that the staff is great, the food was awesome, and there are a lot of pools to choose from.

Resort was nice, typical all inclusive, was expecting better for the price paid, water park was really big and cool for the kids. beds are really small and not very comfortable. Biggest dislike was the staff always trying to sell you a time share. And they don’t take no as an answer.

“guest services” employees push too hard to upsell. I ask for directions and they ask if we intend to come back. I ask where a certain pool is, they ask if we have been to any excursions. Its too much pressure.
