The worst service I even seen in my life, if you forgot something in a room you will never get it back, you will find "fake" charges on your credit card, contact your bank to dispute the fake hotel charges. Very nasty employees will make fun of you, especially at night the guy with tattoos will always argue with you without any reason. There is no manager to talk to, I left messages many times and no one called me back. This hotel is a nightmare, please believe me you will regret it.

Top tier places for me ! Location great as its right next to the ****** and food restaurants. The staff were great and pleasant. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. Whenever I go to Bensalem, I stay here. I recommend this place if you are in the area.

Four days into a week stay and it just keeps getting worse. Shower ran out of hot water first day here. Then seems anyone's guess when the hot water will work - on and off each day. Advertised they had room service, restaurant and bar on site. But when we checked in, was told no room service, bar only opened Friday and Saturday nights and not sure about an actual restaurant at all. They do have free breakfast - but it's not very good at all, typical liquid eggs, hash brown patties and toast/cereal options. Advertise a laundry on site, but dryer ate my money and front desk was no help. Actually told me one doesn't work - ah, no kidding - I would have to call the number on the machine for any help as the hotel doesn't own the machines. There's no signage, no phone number to call. Least the worker should have done was post out of order on the machine they know doesn't work. Tried to use the gym to work out first morning here...tread mill turned on and kept getting faster and faster (even though display didn't show faster speed)...I couldn't turn it down, had to jump off. Weight equipment was ok. Overnight desk employee is nice to deal with; daytime ones not so much. Guess we're taking time away from the phones they are staring at. Place is every clean, cleaning staff way more friendly than desk workers. Unfortunately, so much spray cleaner is used, it takes your breath away in the common areas especially around the elevators.

NO Hospitality at all! Lacking in customer service, as well as professionalism. Front desk employees are extremely rude and are not fully equipped in training. Batteries on my room door was not working, so my door was either open all day or I could not access it all night. I had a flight in the morning, and I had to miss my trip because my personal items was locked in the room. The manager did not have a master key, nor did she have a solution to accommodate this hazarded situation. I asked for a refund because, I could not sleep in my room due to the issues they were experiencing, they refused. My business partner is currently in communication with corporate.

Shower went cold after five minutes maybe less. Lady at front desk was rude, not friendly whatsoever. Definitely not worth $240 a night. Room was clean and continental breakfast was on point. Bacon would have been nice tho.

Hot water turned cold while in the shower. The water shut off completely as well, mid shower. My nephew who booked a room on the second floor told us the water coming out of his shower was brown. Ew.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. It is a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the ******.
