Powierzchnie wspólne hotelu zatrzymały się w czasie, winda też już staruszka. Posiłki w restauracji pyszne, białe wino domowe super. Obsługa recepcji bardzo pomocna, poza ostatnim momentem, kiedy nie mogliśmy otworzyć walizki i się nawet nie zainteresowali. Pokoje wykończone gustownie i z pomysłem, ale pokój o podwyższonym standardzie, który mieliśmy był mały. Łazienka dobrze utrzymana, ale standardem odstająca od pokoju. Lokalizacja hotelu komfortowa.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, blisko wszelkiego rodzaju sklepów, restauracji, barów i głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Przyjazna i troskliwa obsługa. Jedyne, co nie jest tak wygodne, to to, że aby skorzystać z klimatyzacji, trzeba zapytać recepcję hotelu.

Bardzo ładny i czysty hotelik. Personel super miły i zawsze dostępny. Urozmaicone śniadanie i wszystko bardzo dobre. Miałem masaż, dziewczyna była bardzo miła i przede wszystkim bardzo dobra, ma magiczny dotyk.

Hotel o dobrym standardzie. Bez fanaberii. Pokój był dobry, choć trochę głośny, tak blisko windy i klimatyzatorów

Pokoje były nowoczesne i czyste. Ulica na zewnątrz jest bardzo ruchliwa i głośna, ale w hotelu jest cicho. Może 20 minut spacerem do FUnnicolare do Starego Miasta w Bergamo. 15 minut od lotniska autobusem nr 1

Pokój był mały, miał okno w suficie, które sprawiało, że czułeś się w małym zamkniętym pudełku.
Personel może być bardziej przyjazny

hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

Stayed here for four days where we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. The best quality that Arli hotel has is there staff. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff were superb and all enquiries were dealt with smiles, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a cold buffet with fruit and cold meats. It would have been nice to have had some hot food on offer. Bedroom was very comfortable but bathroom was tired looking.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Ideally placed between the citta Alta (15 mins walk to the funicular) and the train station (10 mins walk). The rooms are nothing special but the beds are comfy, well stocked toiletries and good heating/aircon. Staff at the hotel were fantastic and very welcoming. On arrival they gave me a map and run through of the local sites which was greatly appreciated. Right next door to the hotel is a small convenience store which is super handy if your out travelling for the day, but it is a bit pricey. Close by, heading left down the road outside the hotel is also a really good clothing store as well. A great stay and a charming town, look forward to returning in the near future!!
