This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy Highly recommended 

位置就在老城廣場旁邊50m，出門左拐就到，在貝加莫的核心區域，早晚出來拍照片十分方便。 不足之處在於汽車不能直接到達，因為老城區禁行，衹能停在大概500m的一個停車場。 住着很舒服

We stayed here for one night, enjoyed it! People are extremely nice! Hotel in small, 16th century but fully rennovated! Breakfast is plenty, coffee geeat and the restaurant stylish with excellent dishes and reasonable prices! I don't undestand why it is qualified just 2 stars....just try it!

Great for a 2 stars hotel, the staff was really lovely and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fan in the room was a bonus, the breakfast was good with a goid selection of hot and cold, we will go there again. also very central a particular mention to the lovely Nastasia at reception, that made our stay even more pleasant.

We made a stop after flying to see the opera in Verona, the hotel is lovely for a 2 stars, the staff mostly good as well. the lovely young lady at reception was amazing and accommodating. The food was hit and miss 2 night we ate really well the third night nit great I sent my FAKE crab back and ordered a pizza Margherita instead that was really underwhelming .. I ate is as I was hungry, the young waiter was a little useless compare to the others we had before which where great, was also a little rude making excuses that he was tired😑.. overall a great stay, the water and fake crab cost then a full mark.

Booked 4 nights here after reading other reviews. Couldn't fault the position in the centre of the Citta Alta. The staff were welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent, fresh fruit, meats and cheese, freshly baked pastries and bread. Lovely coffee. Bed comfy. Room large and cool despite no aircon, and very quiet. Bathroom dated but large and lots of fluffy towels. Would stay again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hotel is placed in the centre which is lovely but unfortunately be prepared to be woken early by all the church bells. Lovely people who run the hotel pleasant staff. Breakfast has fresh fruit and croissants with ham and cheese but is exactly the same every day. Well positioned for all the attractions, shops and restaurants. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location, clean facilities, and wonderful staff. The location couldn’t have been better - right off the main square and on the Main Street through the historic district. Great place to stay in the heart of it. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was great. Note: no a/c but a powerful ceiling fan made up for it on a warm evening.

I booked hotel based on reviews of the both the hotel and its restaurant - neither disappointed. We originally booked it over 2 years ago but had to cancel due to Covid but chose to re-book. Location is fabulous right on the corner of the small square in the centre of the Citta Alta district. Good size room with very comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We were in Italy for 10 days in total, but only here for 1 night, and their mixed antipasti platter was the best we had anywhere - the warm polenta was new to me and absolutely delicious and the quality of the meats and cheeses were superb. We followed this with rabbit, another wonderful dish. Meal was taken on a terrace at the rear of the property which was lovely and cool n a hot day. Breakfast next morning was a lovely mix of pastries, fresh bread, cheese, ham, conserves, orange juice, and fresh fruit served with amazing coffee Also allowed us to leave our luggage post check out and when we returned were happy to book us a taxi to the train station. So glad we re-booked with them, they fully deserved the business and would happily use them again and recommend to others without hesitation
