This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy

位置就在老城廣場旁邊50m，出門左拐就到，在貝加莫的核心區域，早晚出來拍照片十分方便。
不足之處在於汽車不能直接到達，因為老城區禁行，衹能停在大概500m的一個停車場。
住着很舒服

Had an amazing stay at Il Sole. Rooms are small, but very charming with everything you need. The location is 10/10, right in the heart of the old city of Citta Alta. The employees are very polite and service-minded. Overall, great stay. Will return and would fully recommend!

Perfect location to visit the Cita Alta and walk around. Has a nice restaurant and the staff was amazing. Renovated spacious rooms.

Great location in the old town with good food options . Standard room was small but had everything you’d need for s short stay and location was superb so this made up for it. Free water a lovely touch. Had a great stay.

Nice property, staff was very accommodating and friendly. We got a room with a double bed and a single bed and the room was spacious.
If you drive you have to park in a parking garage a couple blocks a way. Call the hotel before hand and they can make a reservation in the parking garage for you. You will need to pay the parking garage 25€ a day.
However you can stop at the hotel first and drop off your baggage and then go park.
The hotel is right in the center and you’re able to walk around and see the sights of Bergamo.

A lovely little hotel with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. We dined in the hotel on the first night of our stay and had a fabulous meal. Special mention must be made of the superb homemade casoncelli which is the local pasta. I would highly recommend this place and the small beautiful city of Bergamo for a 2 or 3 day stay.
