We had a really bad experience. As soon as we arrived I took a photo of the bed frame as it was hanging off the hinges. 2 days later and I was sat on the bed and it completely collapsed, I was badly bruised as I hit the bed frame as it fell. We tried to contact the lady who met us and there was no response. We spoke to reception who also tried to help us contact her and still no response. We slept on the floor for another 2 nights. The shower door was also broken and would not close. The sink leaked surrounding the shower and underneath in the cupboard where electrical were stored. Be aware that there are large groups of men surrounding this road that the hotel is located on, who tried to attack and steal from my partner one night. We felt very unsafe here, I would not recommend for groups or women or families.

Это ночлежка в самом опасном районе Бергамо! Они просто берут деньги, но не заселяют в отель, говорят, что ресепшн не работает. Полицию вызывать невозможно. Они не говорят на английском. Бандитское логово (((

Это мошенники! Мы прилетели в Бергамо с задержкой рейса на 3 часа. Нас по этой причине отказались заселять в отель! Мы были с маленьким ребенком и ночь провели на улице. Отказывают возвращать деньги! Видели по камерам, что мы с маленьким ребенком на руках и даже не сочли нужным связаться с нами по телефону. Ни в коем случае не бронируйте у этих мошенников!

Tenia una reserva hecha a traves de Booking. Unos dias antes Booking me envia un mensaje indicandome que el hotel no ha podido realizar el cobro porque la tarjeta necesita ser actualizada, aunque era correcta y ademas solo era para garantizar la reserva, no el pago. Actualizo la tarjeta aun asi y escribo tanto a Booking como al hotel contando lo sucedido para que no me cancelen la reserva. No me contestan ni Booking ni el hotel y en menos de 24 horas me cancelan la reserva. Contacto con el hotel y me indican que no pueden recuperar la reserva y que les envie un sms para hacerme otra oferta, a otro precio superior claro, ya que la reserva llevaba meses hecha. Envio el sms un minuto despues y ! me indican que no tienen habitaciones. Casi me quedo colgada con el billete de avion gracias a Booking y a Bonomelli. Nunca contestaron los mensajes. Solo procedieron a cancelar la reserva!!!!! Menos mal que puede reservar otro alojamiento con Hoteles. com, que resultaron ser mas serios

Meine Reservierung wurde vom Vermieter kurz vor dem Reisetermin mit der Begründung das meine Kreditkarteungültig ist storniert. Ich zahle jedoch fast täglich damit und es funktioniert auch tadellos. Der Vermieter wollte das Zimmer einfach nur kurzzeitig teurer anderwertig vermieten. Sowas ist schäbig und eine Gaunerei!

Lo peor q podrás encontrar, no aconsejo para nada q os alojeis en este antro, escribi una reseña en otra App, aquí solo quiero poner una foto de como es esta panda de ladrones. Nos alojamos en Agosto, al llegar te piden 50 euros a pagar en efectivo no se q tema de seguro (se supone q ya deberían de tener seguro,pero bueno) y q a los 7 dias de la salida te lo ingresan en la cuenta q previamente les has dado, a dia de hoy , 7 de Octubre de 2022, sigo esperando mis 50 euros

Добрый вечер. Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха. ГЛАВНОЕ ВСЕ РЯДОМ.Отель находится в центре Бергамо,недалеко ЖД и Автовокзал. Много ресторанов. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Приветливый персонал.Все удобство есть,чисто и цютно.Рекомендую!!!

Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto una ragazza svogliata che si è raccomandata più volte della pulizia del locale quando invece la pulizia al nostro arrivo non è stata effettuata: il nostro appartamento era SPORCO e puzzava di fumo. Il divano letto preposto per passare la notte era sfondato. Non consigliato.
