Fosswinckel Apartments

Lovely apar**ent in a great location, walkable to everything. Supermarket not even 2mins away. Apar**ent was very spacious & comfortable. Hosts were quick to answer any queries etc. Slightly confused about heating when we arrived but once we knew what to do the apar**ent quickly became toasty warm We definitely stay here again couldnt fault it

We stayed in apar**ent L7 which is on the 3rd floor . Gorgeous apar**ent great views over to the mountains. 2 bedrooms and lovely clean rooms and towels and blankets. Lovely neighborhood with lots of little supermarkets 10 minute walk into town center we thought we would use the tram in the 4 days we had but was so central we walked everywhere.

It was a very noisy area during the night and very difficult to sleep in. The communication regarding access to the building was poor. I tried to contact the apar**ent but was not able to get through. There were also stains on the bedsheets.

Overall a clean and nice apar**ent well suitable for a short stay. The bathroom could have been better though, it have a bad odour (some moisture over time or maybe coming from the drain). Misleading information in the documents regarding the garbage disposal (described as a chip key, but there was a different solution outside, with a triange key in the hall downstairs which I discovered later) A few not working lightbulbs in the apar**ent (the tablelamp in my room and the spare bulb in the drawer was defect). The curtain blinds in my bedroom was broken, so it was not possible to get the room properly dark. All this are small issues, but the bad thing is that there was given two phone number for contact to the hosts, but I there was no reply on SMS from either of these contacts.

Property was great but the stairs were a mission with our suitcases.

Perfect apar**ent to rent for a holiday except for the incline staircase (no elevator), the lack of shower gel and shampoo (bring your own), and ok to good pillows and bed mattress. Very very good location, nice furniture and cosiness

The property is central. This is for the good point. Now it is located at ground level, hence very noisy. Bedrooms are not properly isolated and you will probably have to cover your head if sensitive to cold. We found some garbage below the sofa indicating that the property is not deeply cleaned. The sofa has stains and should be replaced. Finally the owner of the property did not reply to any of my emails. I had to call 3 times before she answers.

Lite för kallt när vi kom men det blev okej efter några timmar efter vi slagit på elementet. Betydligt svalare i sovrummen än i vardagsrummet. Överlag fint och fräscht men syns fex på golv och soffor att det används flitigt, lite halvslitet. Smidigt att komma åt nycklar osv 4/5 👍
