The service of trip.com was fantastic and I advise the management to review the last two months seems there is a change in the management

NL’s oldest and therefore most historic hotel you can find…and also one of NL’s most romantic hotels you can find. Directly located next to the ‘grote Markt’ so make sure that you book a room on the first or second floor with Market View… bit also make sure that the airconditioning is okay. Ours was broken so we had to open the window….and we’re welcomed with cosy terrace noice until 03.30 am…. And the hotel itself is old so made out of wood…and wood is also noisy…. In short: don’t forget to bring your earplugs

Was such a great experience and the location was perfect, the staff are very attentive and make your stay just that more memorable.we stayed in room 101 ,the shower was very spacious.the queen size bed took some getting g out of in the morning

Right in the centre of the main square but a total nightmare to find if you want to drive. Parked a little way away from the hotel. Surrounded by lovely little bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly enough. We stayed in their annex out the back which was OK but they appear to have lots of room choices. My only complaint, my pet hate, is we asked for a double room and were given 2 singles 'zipped together' which was OK but not ideal. Breakfast was expensive €24.50 and definitely not worth it particularly as there was not one staff present and there a pretty limited selection. Would stay again but would eat elsewhere.

Lovely hotel on the market square with all its history . Lovely room and staff Booking was easy Shame the breakfast was pretty poor espically for the price. I was hoping that the breakfast would be something special as its a Micheline star reasturant in the evening.

The location is good , however the reception of the hotel was not friendly and not even assisted me to pickup my luggage to the room during check in and checkout time . Also, the breakfast was not as expected they charged me 45€ for 2 people with very limited items .. i do not recommend to take the room with breakfast.

We had a lovely suite with a spacious bathroom and toilet en suite in the Dagmara Residence building. The welcome was pleasant and car parking was well explained. We booked the 1397 restaurant to celebrate mother’s birthday. It was simply excellent, worthy Michelin star. The service and 6 course menu with paired wines weee simply outstanding.

This, the oldest Hotel in the Netherlands is full of history and culture in a modernised interior. The staff are super friendly and aim to please, even baking special dietary bread on request. Their 1397 restaurant should have a Michelin Hat or two, we enjoyed their long luncheon and exceptional dinner.
