Bienvenue Chez Nous

is a title that’s not given without a reason. From the friendly Staff over the really lovely rooms to the great breakfast. The rooms are very nicely decorated, have a cooling unit and have a big comfortable bed. It is very well sound isolated so so you can’t hear a thing. A highlight was the shower with overhead rain shower head and a massage option. In the Morning we went to breakfast and had a very fresh and delicious meal with great options from marmalade over four types of honey to different kinds of pastries.

Beautifully furnished hotel with that ‘je ne sais quoi’ lovely touches in the room with all mod cons and tastefully done. The host was helpful with recommendations of restaurants in the town and our bike trip to Dunkirk, thank you. Our perfect hotel , we will be back. If you love, as we do, French hospitality at its best then book here without hesitating.

Need I say more than the title? This little B&B/Restaurant left a big impression on us when we last stayed (some years ago, pre-Covid), that it was the obvious place to stay on our recent return trip from family in Germany. The set up was just as we remembered (coincidentally, we were allocated the very same room we stayed in last time), apart from the restaurant having expanded downstairs and into the pretty courtyard garden. This time, the weather was amazing, and an early arrival meant that we could explore Bergues a little before dinner. It’s such a beautiful, picturesque town, and well worth a visit. Again, thanks to a Tripadvisor recommendation, we made our way to a cute bar near the river called La Taverne Vauban, and whiled away some time watching tourists like us cruising on the water, so pretty, and worth a visit. Dinner at Bienvenue didn’t disappoint and the owners were keen to oblige our early departure with a lovely continental breakfast at 7am, which we really appreciated. Thank you for another lovely stay, hope it’s not as long before we return again! x

Quelle belle découverte cet établissement ! L’accueil des ch’tis tient pleinement ses promesses. Le ch’ti appart est une pure merveille : cadre fantastique au cœur de la ville de Bergues, dans le beffroi. La décoration du logement est axée sur le film de Dany Boon. Propreté irréprochable. Literie impeccable. L’accueil des propriétaires est d’un très grand professionnalisme. La patronne est très sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et d’excellente qualité. Je vous recommande vivement cet excellent établissement où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Questa struttura è davvero meravigliosa, già è molto carina dall'esterno, all'interno è ancora meglio; la nostra camera era davvero molto bella e particolare, arredata e curata nei minimi dettagli, così come il bagno, dotato di tutto quanto necessario. Tutto era pulitissimo, letti comodi, camera silenziosa, Wi-fi ben funzionante, parcheggio gratuito in strada, posizione al centro del paese. La mattina nella graziosa sala per la colazione trovate baguette, formaggi, croissant vari, succhi, tutto fresco e buonissimo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Quelle jolie maison dans cette incontournable ville de Bergues, décorée avec beaucoup de talent et de goût ! Bravo ! Tout est parfait. Propriétaires charmants.Adresse de charme où tout est pensé pour passer un très bon moment. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et délicieux. Merci de cette belle étape, dans notre région d'origine.
