Hol i korytarz prowadzący do pokoi śmierdzą, jakby gdzieś leżał zdechły szczur. Większy szok, gdy okno pokoju otwiera się na publiczne patio. Po długich targach z recepcją udało mi się zmienić pokój, ale wychodził on na hałaśliwą główną drogę. W tym hotelu nie ma bezpłatnego parkingu, a parking na noc kosztuje 34 EUR. Ostatni raz zatrzymam się w tej marce hotelu

Brilliant stay. Friendly staff, beautiful interior and rooms. The facilities were well looked after, also had a massage which was brilliant. All in all would stay again, great Hotel

The hotel is excellently maintained - an excellent breakfast including the service of the kitchen staff - the hotel services are excellent - the attitude of the reception staff was excellent - we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - I would happily return to this hotel - highly recommend

Nice location close to metro and facilities. The breakfast was great. Pool clean and well kept although it closed at 9:30pm on Friday. WIFI excellent. Room facilities were also good. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is great! Walking distance to shopping street. The subway is only about 8 minute's walk away. The room looks a bit dated but generally its clean. We choose not to have our room clean daily. The breakfast spread is ok, but the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a very standard business hotel but nothing special in particularly.

The location is not that good. Far from places like Alexanderplatz and Wall. There is no Resturaunt in the hotel barring for breakfast

Good hotel, poor service. Just not the polite ambience you’d expect from any hotel, let alone a 4*
