Khách sạn nằm vị trí rất trung tâm và khá tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên tôi rất thất vọng về thái độ phục vụ của Lễ tân. Có vẻ như anh ta kỳ thị người châu Á vì đã không tỏ ra thân thiện với chúng tôi. Tuy nhiên, các nhân viên buồng phòng và nhân viên khác thì thân thiện.

Vom herzlichen Empfang ueber die Größe des Comfortzimmers mit den getrennten Betten und dem wunderbaren Ausblick zur Friedrichwerderschen Kirche stimmte einfach ALLES.
Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus 147 sehr gut an den Bf.Friedrichstr.,den Ostbahnhof und als Wichtigstes an den HBF angebunden. Der Hbf kann auch mit der U5 von der Station Museumsinsel bequem erreicht werden. Unser Ziel war die Museumsinsel,die fussläufig erreichbar ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war mit dem Begrüßungs-Smoothie über die Brot-/Brötchen-Auswahl bis hin zur ,,Eierstation,, d.H. Omelett auf Wunsch sehr gut und vielfältig. Da ARCOTEL eine österreichische Kette ist kommt der Kaffee und die Säfte von Meindl bzw Rauch.Da stimmt die Qualität.
Das Haus ist nach unserem Befinden uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
Wenn es nicht den Zwischenfall mit meiner Doppelbuchung einer no-Storno-Rate gegeben hätte ,die vom Hotel mit keinerlei Kulanz(Gutschein gleich welcher Höhe) abschlägig beschieden worden wäre ,so könnten wir den Aufenthalt als Rundum gelungen bezeichnen.

Amazing place. Great modern and confortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good too.
Its in the middle of the “political and economical” area so it may feel a bit lonely at night but super safe area and very walkable to every attraction

A lovely base to explore Berlin’s museums and Christmas Markets. Clean and friendly , easy to get to from public transport. Could have done with a fridge in the room.

The hotel must have been nice and dandy a couple of years back, but it's past its prime days. Reception is understaffed and not very helpful. We showed up an hour before check in time, the room wasn't ready yet (which is fine) but rather than preallocating us somewhere, we had to show up at 3 when there was a crazy queue. Another guest commented that such waiting lines are ok at Xmas markets not at the hotel. Amenities in the room are minimal (no vanity set, cheap soap in dispensers, no water, no minibar). There was a spot for fruit which is now replaced by a piece of paper depicting an apple. There is a better hotel in the vicinity, I'll be staying there instead next time

Nice location, basically very good. Some details need updating, bed decor is getting to be worn out and the shower rod has missing part. The broken bulb of table lamp was never changed despite requests.
