Der Buchungsprozess ist umständlich mit etlichen E-Mails samt deren online Portal. Online Check-in hat nicht funktioniert (schon gar nicht auf dem Smartphone). Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und einfach eingerichtet. Generell sauberer Eindruck - außer an einem Toilettenbecken war eine gelbe Tropfspur samt Schamhaaren. Der Ofen und einige Teller waren schmutzig. Das ist schlecht wenn man hohe Kosten für Nichtbefolgung von Reinigungsregeln beim check-out androht (Stichwort "schwarzes Schaaf"). Küchenausstattung war minimal - fehlende scharfe Messer wurden zum Beispiel auch von anderen schon erwähnt. Für drei Nächte Aufenthalt wurden uns zwei Geschirrspültabs und eine extra Mülltüte bereitgeleft. Nicht sehr großzügig wenn man sich die recht hohen Gesamtkosten ansieht. Der Betreiber sollte irgendwo klar hervorheben, dass die Bodenheizung elektrisch ist und hohe Kosten verursachen kann, die dann neben den anderen Zusatzkosten von der Kaution abgezogen werden. Könnte transparenter gestaltet werden. Die Gartenanlagen sind sauber und aufgeräumt aber Gewächse ohne Konzept zusammengewürfelt. Die eingezäunte Anlage ist direkt am Wasser und wird insbesondere im Sommer von Lokaltouristen und Anwohnern frequentiert, sodass man erwarten kann dass es nicht die ruhigste Stelle zum Urlaub machen ist. Wir werden hauptsächlich wegen des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses nicht nochmal wiederkommen.
