Great hotel for the film fest, located right next to Verti music hall. Extremely convenient.

The location is convenient. Just right the corner of Railway station n Mercedes Arena so as East side mall.
Berlin Wall is just 3 minutes walk.

Everything was good, the room allotted could have been better considering I was traveling with my partner. Food was decent 😋

The room was very noisy. The corridor is not very clean or need some renovations. The servant at breakfast doesn't follow the hygiene rules and touches upper parts of the utensils. Breakfast is a bit expensive. Overall it is might be an okay option to stay but there are much better places in the area.

Close to the concert hall I was visiting this week.
A nice standard hotel with no complaints other then the grumpy receptionist. Luckely he had a much nicer colleague beside him.

The internet was v v bad. The staff did their best and are every friendly but it was still v v bad. Don’t expect the internet will be working and you can do anything more except WhatsApp with this connection.
Cleaning stops after 1030am… which might not be ideal.
Gym is a bit too basic they should buy 2 racks of 1-20 kg pair dumbells.

I'd like to highly recommend with breakfast buffet. The reception was super kind when I checked in but unfortunately not in checkout time while I was requesting to change my reward account. She told me there's other customer's waitng for checkout, but I was the one who waited to talk to her too and I never wanted to waste somebody's time. I had a great time staying there but it's a pitty that the last part ruined.

前台服務熱情專業，早餐大多西式，還不錯，如果有煎蛋更好了。房間乾淨衞生，每天打掃更換茶包，連續住了5天，周邊就是地鐵站和商場，方便。

地段不錯，晚上睡覺比較安靜，旁邊就有購物商場，超市和餐廳選擇多。離柏林牆很近。房間有空調，跟攜程酒店設施介紹訊息不一致。
