Good Hotel in a great location. The updated rooms are nice. They also have older rooms.

We booked early check in at 11 o'clock, when we arrived hotel , they said that they didn't have cleaning staff and we can check in at 1 pm and we need to pay 15 euros for 2 hours early check in . We refused .then they agreed to let us check in at 1 pm for free .Our room was costed 150 euros without breakfast. The room was old . No toothbrushes , for bottle of water you need to pay 4 euros, no tea , no coffee . I think this price should include it .

The location is convenience and the staffs are nice too. However, the facilities in the hotel is quite old. And even the air conditioning in my room didn’t work for 2 days when the temperature outside was more than 30 °C. Me and my friend cannot sleep because of it. When we open our window, there were many insects entering the room and it was very annoying.

Good value for price. Location is close to city center, hotel is old and outdated, however, it was clean and people at reception were very friendly

Unbelievably slow. I waited 30mins just for check out and we almost couldn’t catch our train. The staff at the reception truly do not know how to arrange their time for every customer😅🤡

The room I stayed in was a bit worn out, outdated. It faced a noisy street. However, when the window was closed the noise was reduced to almost none. On the other hand, you could hear any eventual sound from the corridor. The room didn't have an air condition, or minibar (fridge). The bathroom was tiny.
The room itself was spacious, it was cleaned daily, the sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Pretty decent hotel, for that price you would want to expect more, but prices in Berlin have skyrocketed recently.
